Where are posts?
It's been two weeks since the last post. The fact is that I faced the most biggest problem in development - the lack of motivation. Indeed, after constant tileset bugs, I had to redraw the entire graphics of the levels from scratch several times, which was quite tedious. For a while, I even gave up on the project and thought to leave everything and move on to something new, but my girlfriend and parents supported me, motivated me to take on the task with renewed vigor. I have already come too far to a nearly finished product, on the condition that this is my first use of Unity and it will be very disappointing if I give up right now.
I added a bunch of new things, can say with confidence that the game is almost ready and will soon show yourself in the store. I did not publish anything due to lack of time or I simply did not want to, but now you are reading this message and soon the next post will be released with a detailed description of all the innovations.

I fixed it! After long time I did it. kinda.
What`s new ?
Say no to the white figures! I’ve replaced all temporary figures with the tiles, now there’s some kind of graphics in the game.
A little redesign of the old levels.
Added font and icons
Added carrots and its effects.
Some mechanics have been rewritten, which has removed some bugs.

This isn`t a full-fledged devlog, cause now I'm working on graphics and I'm not adding anything new. Here's just what it looks like now.
P. S Changed only the initial location, so I had to disable the winter's zone movement.

Yesterday I didn`t post any innovations cause I started drawing graphics for the game, and I finished only today. At the moment, only a simple tileset is ready and this is not the fact that it’s final. I think further, little by little, I’ll finish drawing all sorts of game objects and animations and, in the end, start working on an indicator’s logic.
P.S I started working on graphics cause all the mechanics of the gameplay are done, and the rest is tied to the UI, which cannot be dealt with without a visual representation.

I had more free time today, so not just boring debugging. At first I wanted to add a progress bar and its logic (the indicator of saved villagers), but after realizing how much work and how many topics I have to study, I postponed the idea and decided to go the easiest way. I added the WINTER ZONE !! ❄️❄️❄️
Particle effects are very interesting things in Unity. Almost anything can be done from them, but I decided to leave them as simple pixels. 😐
I also drew some sprites and animations for a future indicator and player
