It’s been 9 days since I first opened Unity...
At this moment, I had already created the player’s movement, added infinity levels generation, logic of carrots collecting and counting (these circles, yes it’ll be carrots), randomized chance of spawning villagers, and had already made an event, as I call it, trading. And of course, a ton of shit code, how to be without that.)
I guess I could have finished all the mechanics by now, but since this is my very first game, a lot of time has been spent fixing foolish bugs.
The concept of the game is pretty simple: it’s endless runner where you run away from coming winter. In process you must collect carrots to save the villagers from famine. Keep the rescued villagers bar level to keep you running, the life cycle.)

Yesterday I didn`t post any innovations cause I started drawing graphics for the game, and I finished only today. At the moment, only a simple tileset is ready and this is not the fact that it’s final. I think further, little by little, I’ll finish drawing all sorts of game objects and animations and, in the end, start working on an indicator’s logic.
P.S I started working on graphics cause all the mechanics of the gameplay are done, and the rest is tied to the UI, which cannot be dealt with without a visual representation.
