I am on a search for my dear friend, KuKu Bird. He was taken by the terrible Tik-Toks during our adventures in The Land of What If, and brought through a portal into this world. I followed them through the portal but I lost them when I fell out the other side. There is a lovely human girl, named Maddito who found me after I fell from the portal, shaken from trans-universal travel. She has agreed to try to help me find him. She has set up this thing you call a 'blog' so I can ask other kind human folk to help me on my search. Can you help me find my friend KuKu?

The Search for KuKu: Day 11

I know I haven't written in my Search Journal for the past few days but I've been very down. I was so close to finding #KuKuBird the #LostCartoon, I was so hopeful. But then all of a sudden it seemed as though the creature caring for KuKu Bird, miss billtickles, had disappeared and I feared she may have taken him with her. All my hope had been dashed from me and I could not do anything but sit and worry. I could find no reason to even get out of the home I am residing in, it seemed pointless to go around searching on the streets still. All I could do was sit and refresh the web page to see if any news on KuKu's whereabouts would appear. 

But this morning!! This morning I saw a post from miss billtickles who gave me hope once again. I was very anxious to contact her again but I hoped not to scare her away. I have found that not all human creatures are pleased to meet me, I try to be friendly but I have found this doesn't always work. But she is a friendly lady! and explained that she is just very busy, but will help me reunite with KuKu Bird soon!

I am very eager, but as long as I know KuKu is safe, I can be patient- although I may be jumping around in excitement quite a lot! 

Unfortunately, The portal back to The Land of What If is officially closed. I finally had the courage to go back and check earlier today. There is not even a trace of it left. (It had been up in the tree, although Im not even sure if the human eye could have seen it to begin with, it was in the 4th and a 1/2 dimension) 

But I can deal with not being able to go home, as long as I have my best friend KuKu Bird back to figure out this strange new world with me.

The Search for KuKu Bird: Day 8

Today was one of my most successful days yet! I can just sense that I am getting closer and closer to re-uniting with #KuKuBird the #LostCartoon. 

I awoke today and did my normal search, looking for any clues on the Online World. And I found one!! I found one!!! 

A kind girl has spotted KuKuBird, and from the photo, it looks like he has been searching for me too! She was nice and included the location he was in.

I rushed there as fast as I can, but the photo was taken the day before and sadly he was no longer there when I arrived. I searched for a long time around the area, going around the nearby park, Trinity-Bellwoods nearly 3 times. But it paid off!!! I found KuKu's footprints in the snow!! 

They're pretty easy to identify, they always look like Y's. I called his name as long and loud as I could but I fear he already had abandoned the area. Regardless it is the closest I have gotten to finding him!! 

It was a long day of searching. Time to call it a night, and start fresh in the morning.
