Love and Cherish: Fandom Revitalization Event!

Hello Durarara fandom! Happy 10 year anniversary!! :)

In commemoration of that, we’d like to hold a special fandom event on days that are relevant to the Durarara!! Series, starting March 21st on Mikado Ryuugamine’s birthday, and ending on May 6th which will be the last day of performances for the Durarara stage play. Time to reawaken the fandom! Art, fanfic, edit, amv, whatever you’ve got, we want to see it!

The event will run through the entire months of March all the way to the end of May, but these dates are what pertain to each theme:

March 21st - (Mikado Ryuugamine’s Birthday) Theme: The Extraordinary.

April 2nd - (Shinra Kishitani’s Birthday) Theme: Hopeless Devotion.

April 13th - (Shizaya Day) Theme: Fated Encounter.

April 20th - (Shizuo/Izuo Day) Theme: Highly Unpredictable.

May 4th - (Izaya Orihara’s Birthday) Theme: Individualistic Motive.

May 5th - (Simon Brezhnev’s Birthday) Theme: World at Peace.

May 6th - (Last Day of the Durarara Stage Play) Theme: Abayo, Sayonara.

Each theme was based around the character/day it pertains to, but it does not have to be about those characters or ships at all! Nobody has to participate of course, but we would love to see anything you have to post! If you’re posting for this event please put it under the hashtag #jyuurarara so that we can find it!

This is somewhat based on a true story, I was in church a few weeks ago and my pastor told everyone to turn to the book of Izaya, instead of Isaiah....
