Im back! and I present to you, some cool rocks

this is the first pass on the Chain’s designs. Not really feelin Twilights and I might add more to Sky

forgot eridians wear clothes so some of the dots (rings) on Legends arms and chest are gonna be changed to bracelets

I adore Warriors sm. He tol. and yes Legend do look like a bunny

I did this piece for the DTIYS hosted by @trainautismgobrr based on their Links Meet AU @linked-through-ages (check it out if you haven't, it's really cool!)

There were a lot of options to choose from, but i really like Apple's design and the composition of the picture, so I chose to do this one (but who knows, I might draw an additional one if i have time???) I did take some liberties with the cape, I hope that's okay!

WELL, I got the highest grade for my thesis and presentation, and a very nice review from my advisor that may or may not have made made me cry. Thank you guys for your patience and support, I feel like y'all played a major role in me staying motivated and not dropping out during that last year. Gotta figure out what to do next after 15 years of just studying... A terrifying thought but oh well

Now that I'm FREE and have some time for myself, I have a few practice shots planned, that's the first one! Wanted to work with perspective and depth, and let me tell you, those legs were a nightmare to draw. Also the apple was hanging from a thick branch originally but I wanted to spice it up so now there are LEAVES and MOVEMENT

Also I've found a toggle in tumblr settings that had been compressing my videos, so now everything's gonna be in full HD like it's SUPPOSED to be

On that note, I have a question: did my drawings become more (or less) saturated lately? I got a new monitor two months ago, which I'm still getting used to, and due to me being stubborn to get a high res monitor no matter what, it doesn't match my tablet anymore so I can't check colors on the big screen as I go.. so yeah, let me know if it's different

Posting this a day early, but~!

A small comparison between Apple & Mural’s first designs and final designs, for LTA’s first anniversary, which is tomorrow.

17th of June (2025) vs 16th of June (2026)

Notable design changes (Apple, Mural)

Definitely the boots and skin colour. I like that the cloak has stayed almost the same this whole time! I really like my choice to change the colour of the undershirt from green to blue, as well as making the eyes red.

The hair! What ever spirit possessed me when I chose to make him ginger, thank you. I would also like to point out the upside-down/Lorulean Triforce on his tunic.

Other design notes (Apple, Mural)

I like that their hair has stayed almost the same, just longer and different bangs. Their jewellery is also basically the same. The hibiscus’s new colour is also so nice to look at in my opinion.

Fun fact, his tunic was initially based on both the Blue Mail (ALbW) and Sword Suit (TfH). In this piece, I coloured his nails with the same purples as Ravio’s robe!

Additionally, I’m doing a DTIYS, which will be my main blog, @trainautismgobrr, tomorrow, but will be reblogged to here after a while. It’s the “big thing” I’ve been working on since late-May! 14-option, with a piece for every single one of my Links!
