I’m liking this arc so far! I used to be obsessed with mermaids growing up, and i’m really liking the whole aesthetic of the place and especially king neptunes palace. reminds me of watatsumi island from genshin i don’t like the fish man pirates group obviously, they’re worse than arlong. something else funny is the fishman swordsman was acting just like zoro.

okay so.. i finished pre time skip!

i haven’t updated in a min since i’ve just been enjoying but i thought the conclusion was very good. getting to see ASL backstory was super cute too. i’m excited to see sabo hehe. it was nice getting to see the crew again too after so long. now im like 5 episodes into return to sabaody and it’s so good i couldn’t stop watching!!

just finished ep 485…. white beards death… aces death….

white beards speech was so touching and hearing how all he wanted in life was a family… AND ACE WAS PART OF THAT FAMILY 😭😭😭 i’m still processing aces death, his final moments were touching too tho. seeing luffy shut down destroyed me. part of me is thinking well if this happened maybe it could’ve been avoided. but everything happens for a reason. i feel like with whitebeard dead it makes luffys chances of becoming king higher. i feel fucked up saying that since i JUST watched white beards death, but it’s clear his era was over. hated that ace had to go with him and even BEFORE him. lots of feelings. lots of crying. i’ll have more thoughts about this for sure. also FUCK black beard if he didn’t go after ace in the first place none of this would have happened. (he died with a smile 😭😭😭😭)

I predicted that mr 3 was gonna help, as soon as i saw that key break i was thinking the only person that could make a replacement is mr 3…. THEN HES JUST THERE UNDERCOVER THE WHOLE TIME?!?! man i love this show. and ACE AND LUFFY HAVE FINALLY REUNITED!!! i am so happy rn. i know it’s gonna be short lived but it’s the small things.
