Extended Batfam eye study. I really wanted to capture each of their energies and make sure they all had visually distinct eyes before continuing on to the rest of their designs.

Whimsy-tober day 1: Moth.
I love how vibrant I was able to get my colors to look (you can claw RGB out of my cold dead hands)
This was one of the first times I tried to draw an interesting pose. This was like a year ago crazy to look at my progress.
Here is another self portrait. I was trying to do it in a style like spiderverse or arcane but I couldn't really capture it that time but oh well. I still like how the rendering came out.
That lonely melancholic feeling walking through the rain
A painting I did for a set design class where I had to design a set for the musical In The Heights!
This artwork is really important especially in the current political climate. It is a painting inspired by the history and present of the oppression of Black people within the united states as well as the community and Black joy we have been able to cultivate even during the most difficult times. I hope that even right now people are able to find joy and show kindness to their neighbors when they need it the most.
Here is my self portrait I did. I'm really proud of it! I love how it takes advantage of multiple art disciplines. Still one of my favorite pieces!
Artwork inspired by Black love
Here's another commission I did a few years back
Here's some art work celebrating Black women.
I feel like Black beauty goes really underrepresented and under appreciated in american society and I really want to be part of an increase of representation of black women in art.
I love her nose lol. It looks juicy (๑•́ ₃ •̀๑)
I feel like people don't talk enough about how discouraging it can be to be a small artist online. While it is super important to make sure you are drawing primarily for yourself, it can feel like you are drifting in the void when no one sees your work. It really hurts when its something you put a lot of love and energy into. I sometimes feel super invisible and helpless.
