Say hello to the mysterious stray! Despite what the title suggests, he doesn't actually have a name. It's just what he's allowed Charlie to refer him as. He does this with virtually everyone he meets, letting them call him whatever they deem appropriate. No point in keeping a name when you're not going to stick around long enough for anyone to grow close enough, right?

As you can tell from his scars, he's lived a hard life. This has led him to act ill-mannered towards just about everyone he meets and those who anger him will see a side they'll truly regret revealing. It's not until he meets Charlie does something change. He can't explain what it is, but he doesn't want to lose it. All he knows is he hasn't felt this way in a very, very long time.

Well, well. What do we have here? Could it be... a reference sheet for the main character of a super special awesome secret project we've been working on for the past 2 months that only a few close friends actually know about? Oh my God, it is and I'm finally sharing the first look! Needless to say, there's more like this to come until the actual comic premieres (No confirmed date we want to have as many pages done before posting the first). There will also be a patreon for those interested in supporting us. It's my story, his art and I sincerely hope you enjoy both!

Anyways, say hello to Charlie! He's the main character and local gay who doesn't know he's gay. He's an a lovable goofball with a heart of gold. He loves his human very much and knows nothing can separate them. That is until he meets a mysterious stray who shows him a world he didn't know existed but is it enough to make him leave his comfortable life and embrace a higher purpose? You'll only find out by reading, so just you wait! Fun fact: he's half Maine Coon so he's a bit... large.

This story is heavily inspired by Warriors but doesn't take place in the same universe. If you love Warriors, then you'll love this story. The script went through so many revisions and rewrites but now it's finally coming to life! Expect another reference sheet in the next couple of days for the mysterious stray. Hmm... I wonder what his role in the story could be?

You know, the more I think about it, the more I realize how much of non threat Splashtail is. Sure, he murdered Reedwhisker, Curlfeather, and nearly Frostpaw, but he's still just a guy. He doesn't come across as a master manipulator like Sol or a dangerous threat like Tigerstar. He's barely over a year old and wants power for the sake of power? Why? What's his motivation? He just feels so... lack luster. Perhaps instead of ending Thunder with him being named leader, he arrives late and is already revealed to be leader, 9 lives and all (which would be a very StarClan thing of StarClan to do). Without those lives, all it will take Frostpaw is revealing literally everything she knows to defeat him, unless, of course the clans are fucking stupid all of a sudden even though they think he's too young to be leader and hasn't had an apprentice. I understand why his motivation hasn't been revealed yet because it was a murder mystery (without much mystery) and they're likely saving it for Wind, but he just needs something that makes him more interesting now. It's the 5th book and he's FINALLY rising to power.

Also, I wish Thunder didn't publicly embarrass Berryheart as a threat. I would have preferred she enforced the new rule but before anything could have been done, Splashstar arrives and reveals he's leader before cutting the book off. I don't know how she's going to recover as an antagonist after this.

It’s not ironic in the fandom at this point and everyone knows it but whenever anyone mentions it being bad everyone decides to spout that as a defence. Seriously they all need to shut up about Hawkash and honestly Hawkfrost too I’m tired of them making him into the warriors fandom equivalent of a whiteboy mischief twink. Stop using him as the star of your dark forest maps making him prance around and be all playful and mischievous I am BEGGING. hey out of all the aus I’ve pitched, an AU where Spottedleaf is the Big Bad is my favourite. Just imagine this: A powerful medicine cat dies young. She can’t accept her death and begins sending frequent and unnecessary prophecies (to non-medicine cats like Fireheart) in an attempt to continue to have an affect on the world of the living. The more she does this, the more the barrier between life and death weakens- living cats begins walking in dreams and sensing eachother’s thoughts (like leafpool and squirrelflight) and she frequently sends irrelevent but urgent prophecies (Before there is peace, blood will spill blood, and the lake will run red), but the more powerful starclan and Spottedleaf grow, so too does the Dark Forest grow more powerful… At this point, Spottedleaf realizes that in a war between Starclan and the Dark Forest, she becomes a hero that clan cats will need to look to for direction… she orchestrates this war by sewing seeds of fear and doubt amongst clan cats and starclan residents, causing starclan to break into factions and medicine cats to avoid one another, she is the reason Ashfur is allowed into Starclan, because she can use him, she is the reason Yellowfang becomes so twisted after her death, she is the mastermind behind the war, and its all for power, to weaken the barrier between life and death until there is no barrier because she cannot accept that she has died.

After seeing this episode and the preview for the next, Roa (my most hyped character) is nothing like I'd thought he be. He's manipulative, controlling and borderline abusive from how he treats his sister. He's definitely unique from a Rival perspective but as a character, he's a piece of shit. Just a pretty boy who's an asshole behind the curtains. At least the previous rivals gave a shit about those close to them.

I expected Roa to be manipulative to some extent but not like this. I was hoping him to be charming and persuasive, able to use his good looks and status to get what he wants but still be polite while doing so. Instead he's a psychotic abusive asshole who blackmails his sister. I'll give the show the benefit of the doubt. If there's one thing Yu-Gi-Oh always gets right, it's the rival character.
