HAPPY TERRIBLE COMIC DAY. There are speech bubbles and a second panel, so it counts as a comic! So says I, and so it is so.

I remembered I had this sketch on my phone of a conversation with my partner that I started like 2 or 3 years ago, then never inked. So I fixed that! Does it count as cheating? Who cares! I sure don't.

Included both clean lineart and with the sketch under because I like both versions. And here is the old sketch that gathered dust, because why not.

Actually I think I like the sketch better than the finished product. Maybe that's the REAL spirit of terrible comic day.

My entry (and some zoom ins) to the @thewanderersguidetothegalaxy fanzine! Here our traveling duo visits a musically themed underwater city (with convenient bubbled off sidewalks for landlubber tourists), located on a planet almost completely covered in ocean, and inhabited by a wide variation of fish people. Really took me out of my comfort zone, but i’m proud of it!
