“Apparently today is one of those days. "as much as I love to wallow in my own loneliness - and to be well alone.. ❝ i was out grocery shopping earlier after my teaching my last yoga class and i was looking for a specific flavor of cheez-it’s but then got distracted by that giant lobster tank by the seafood department. isn’t it sad that the lobsters pretty much hang out there only to be bought and eaten by people ?? living to be placed in a pot and be boiled ?? anyways, i didn’t get my cheez-it’s but i ended up buying all the lobsters so i’m trying to figure out what to do with them so they can live a fruitful life out of grocery stores and people’s stomachs. ❞ @vestalanding

“Yeah of course” Anna replied as she gladly grabbed a glass and filled it for the other. “Uh- I see the light? It’s from Tangled, the Disney movie about Rapunzel? I know, a little childish.”
“thanks.” she smiled as she watched the other; “-tangled? I don’t think i’ve ever seen that- I mainly grew up watching pokemon- and animes.. -what’s it about?”
It was the first model rocket he’d designed and built all on his own so he knew there was bound to be complications. It’s why he chose Vesta Beach to test it out, yet even with the open space his creation managed to take off and immediately find its way back to the ground. Landing in front of a unexpecting bystander that he jogged up to with a grin on his face despite the failure. “Sorry about that.” He greeted as he picked it up from the ground. “Gotta admit though, it was a little bit cool no? Got a bit of on it innit?”

Not expecting anyone to drop by Anna took it upon herself to enjoy a glass of wine, which turned into two, which turned into her cleaning and singing as she cleaned and drank it was honestly and endless cycle. Mid way through her rendition of ‘I See the Light’ from Tangled she noticed the other standing there. “Can we just pretend you didn't’ see that?”
"sure- only if I can have a glass of wine too, it's been a shitty day." she scoffed; "what song were you even singing?" she asked with a slight chuckle in tone.

“Ah, yes, thank you. Definitely not my finest moment.” Lysa flashed her an awkward smile, trying to pile the fallen lime on top of the other two she was holding. “No-no, that’s okay, I’ll take it. I’d just end up feeling terrible if I left it here, it’s not its fault I wasn’t more careful. Besides, limes make for a great.. uh, pie? Right?”
"I wouldn't say it's the worst thing to happen in a grocery store." she pointed out with a shrug, "okay- uhm, yeah keylime pie right? my mom used to make it, was a little too tart for my taste."

He listens well, giving her his full attention and nods along. A brief chuckle escapes him at her question, his gaze falling briefly. “Many people say that meditation helps them, you don’t have to though. Do whatever works for you,” he tells her with a small smile. “Of course,” he says, giving her a gentle squeeze before he lets her go. “You’ve been drinking,” he mumbles softly, the smell of the alcohol reaching him and his brows furrow slightly. It didn’t bother him all too much, but it was concerning to him.
