Acknowledging that the military forces forcing Evo Morales to resign constitutes a coup, and acknowledging that in his last administrations Evo Morales leant towards corruption and tried by every mean at his disposal to perpetuate himself in power (e.g: ignoring the referendum and trying to modify the constitution to allow him to run indefinitely, among many other instances of abuse of power), are not mutually exclusive. 

Recognising that the military making an elected president resign is a coup and recognising that politicians wanting to perpetuate themselves in power goes against democratic tenets are not contradicting moral compasses.

Bolivians on twitter supporting Evo tend to have accounts that were made a lot longer ago than the ones in support of the coup. A lot of the pro-coup ones were made this month. Weird. Probably a coincidence.
