The road ahead can be filled with rainy days!🛣️🌧️ . I've heard alot of people's thoughts on meditation recently! Thought I'll share mine!🧘 . There are alot of different ways to meditate. But basically it means to focus on one's mind for a period of time!🧠 . It can be done by trying to clear everything in the mind focusing on breathing and just relaxing. (Possibly going to your happy place).💜 . Also when you need to think deeply about something 💁 also known as pondering on something.🤔 . Both is very important for us as humans to do in regards to our health, mindset and our relationships.🤩 . Many people have found how great it is to fulfill yourself, decrease stress and be genuinely more happy and grateful. As I approach the last month of being 20, I'm constantly reviewing the amazing year I have had!🙏 . I've changed and have done so much!🙆 . And I wanted to take this moment to say how important it is to be patient! 🤔 . Alot of people tend to look at there life day to day and not seeing much change at all and it can get us impatient and get our mind to thinking that nothing is working and I'm wasting my time, then in return start having thoughts on giving up!🤷 . Lets talk a little bit about health.🤔 . For anyone who knows me well, knows that I'm not the person that focuses alot on my health.😅💁 . BUT! I have always had healthy food growing up and an active lifestyle since I was always playing with friends on the street. And for that I'm grateful to my parents raising me in such a way!🙌 . The journey I that I've taken has lead me to HUSTLE! I'm sure we have been told to work hard or so called hustle. But something I have learnt personally from my experience, is to never let your work, passion and dreams sidetrack you into a unhealthy routine.🔥 . MY ADVICE!!!!!! . 1. Sleepl😴 Sleep is more important than you know and it's the reason why it's at the top. Make sure your still giving your body the sleep it needs, you'll find amazing results in your mindset! . 2. Good healthy food.🥗 I'm not going to talk about diets. I recommend cutting out as much processed food, sugars, artificial flavouring, and all the stuff that isn't natural as you can and replacing it with having good nutritious food mostly plant based with still being able to have some meat. . 3. Keep moving.🏃‍♂️ All I recommend is for you to keep moving as in all you need to do is make sure your body is getting some sort of activity every day in any form which you enjoy. Cardio based would be good to incorporate. . You can act right now!👊 . I sure that if you do! You'll find yourself probably being able to function way better, more efficient and happier. Which will than in turn make your hustling experience way more enjoyable and life itself!💜 . If you can't focus on all 3 just focus on one!🤷 .
