Maybe this is selfish but I really wish someone I cared about would just make a big deal about my birthday. Like I think if someone just gathered all the people that care about me and we all sat down and got dinner together that would just be the best gift I could ever ask for.

Do you ever just think about how you would rather bleed out on the bedroom floor than have to live another day in your own life.

But then your mind tells you there’s people who would miss you and you want to reach out them, you want to tell them that you need them too. But it’s just to much and they might not understand. So you don’t say anything and you just sit and sob on your bedroom floor. Thinking about how you could just slit your artists and be done with it.

Depression and Anxiety is like radiation. There’s always a little bit of it in the background but not enough to kill you. Then once in a while you get a free trip to Chernobyl.

And I think it’s a shame. Not that you didn’t want me. But that you never even tried. You never asked me what I like to do on Monday nights when I’m home alone, or what kind of music makes me sad. You don’t know what my passions are, who I keep close, or how I feel about the ocean. And who knows–maybe, if you had learned those things, you still wouldn’t have wanted me. But who knows–maybe you would have.

Sometimes I'm so dangerously close to calling it quits and today is one of those days.
