Music is my life. For better or worse. I’ve been really lucky to have seen many of my favorite artists over the years. To be in the presence of Iggy performing is like looking back into spacetime, seeing the building blocks of the modern rock and roll universe come together and combust before your eyes. Iggy wields that much power. Is he a god? Or maybe a naturally occurring element that cannot be contained? Is that what raw power is? We can very safely say that without him, popular music wouldn’t sound, look, or feel the way we experience it today. Chances are Iggy invented you or a prototype of you. He definitely invented me. To come face to face with the origin of your own punk rock DNA was an absolute once in a lifetime experience and Iggy delivered everything with maximum potency / effortless cool at the age of 75. I love rock & roll! I’m still dizzy. Thank you for everything Iggy! -Chicago 3/10/23 🐆 (at The Salt Shed) https://www.instagram.com/p/Cpt00P0Mxij/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
