My answer to “guac is extra.” Yum. Lime quinoa, vegetarian refrained beans, taco seasoned onions, my famous guacamole, salsa, taco sauce, hot sauce, and lettuce. Yum.
Breakfast: Dave’s Killer Bread with Kite Hill chive cream cheese, greens, chia seeds, and pepper. Lunch: Garlicky kale, BBQ chickpeas, and roasted mashed Japanese sweet potatoes with vegan butter. Dinner: Roasted chickpeas Buddha bowl with red pepper vinaigrette. EVERYTHING IS VEGAN! Love it. I feel like since going veggie we have been much more adventurous in the kitchen!
I made homemade salsa for the first time last weekend! It was so easy and it was so delicious! As always my guacamole was eaten in a matter of minutes! Love making this stuff fresh! I need to make another batch for my fridge next week!
Yes. Tonight’s dinner is just a hard yes! This is the Butternut Squash Bisque from the Isa Does It cookbook. Everything we have made from this cool book has been so good! Love when you have a super satisfying dinner that doesn’t make you feel super stuffed.

When you realize it’s cheaper to buy 12 months size T-shirt’s and tailor them yourself vs. buying dog clothes, that’s when you become THAT kind of dog mom.
This is something I need to cultivate.
Happy that some how even with three snow days I managed to lose 3.7lbs this week! Also, nutritional yeast is the best.
