First I love your JL designs. Second, I wondering about Superman's design. His hair is a bit longer and more curly than cannon. Does he change the style when he goes to work at the Daily Planet? Have you drawn him as Clark Kent?

I get so excited when I see you post new JL art! It's addictive!

I've had this thought since I first designed him, but I never bothered drawing it out until now since I rarely draw superheroes as their civilian identity

he keeps his eyes closed as superman because he can see through them without opening his lids. the only time he ever opens them is when he uses his heat vision, and when he's expressing some sort of shock/surprise, simply for comedic value. he'd prefer having his eyes closed because he's most relaxed like that, but he needed to put a bigger gap between superman and clark kent.
