“you’re more than pretty good,” alastair smiled at him. really, these days have been amazing. he wished he had the luxury of seeing jackson everyday all day like he had been lately. “i do, because i want you to know how grateful i am for you,” he said as he watched him unbutton his shirt. he shrugged it off afterwards and let it fall to the ground. “i love you more.” 

Jackson hated that their vacation had to eventually end. He couldn’t wait till they day they could announce their relationship to the world. He was going to miss constantly being with Al. “I’d do anything for you, babe. It’s us against the world,” he smiled. Jackson popped the button of his pants open, “I’m just gonna let you win that one this time. We’ve got more important things to do.”

Jackson closed his eyes and smiled softly at the sweet kisses Al was giving him. He loved these soft moments so much. He laughed and nodded, “I have my moments.” Jackson looked out the door and onto their balcony. There wasn’t really anyway they would be seen, “More than okay.”

“you know how to distract me so well,” he smiled as he went to kiss him again, then leaning back so he could start to take off jackson’s shirt. “thank you,” he said as he played with his curls, looking down at him with loving eyes.

“I’d hope I’m pretty good at it by now,” he laughed. Jackson lifted his arms up so he could take his shirt off. “You don’t have to thank me, baby.” He stood up and kissed him softly while he worked on the buttons on Al’s shirt. “I love you so much.”

Jackson let out an involuntary moan when Alastair pulled his head back by his hair. He tilted his head to the side as best as he could so Al could see the mark better. Jack was covered in marks, some fresh and some fading and he absolutely love all of them. “Is that your way of saying you want to fuck me on the balcony?”

al smirked at the moan, and he went to lean down and kiss his neck softly. he knew how much jackson loved his hair being touched and pulled. “you are one smart prince,” he hummed against his neck, and he nipped over the mark he’d been looking at. “that okay with you?”

alastair made a face and shrugged. his relationship with his father was complicated and always rocky. “i don’t want to talk about him right now,” he sighed softly and he just held jackson. it made him feel more relaxed, and reminded him what he was here for. no focusing on his father. he smiled as jackson pulled him towards the bed. “you have any suggestions?” he said with a little smirk. 

Jackson nodded and kissed his cheek. He knew Al’s relationship with his father wasn’t an easy subject and he definitely didn’t want to push any boundaries. They were on vacation for a reason. Jackson didn’t want his boyfriend stressing at all. He sat down on the bed and looked up at Alastair, “Well, it involves a little less talking and a lot less clothing,” he winked. He brought Al’s hand up to his lips and gave the back of it a little kiss. “Do you think that’ll help clear your mind? Or we could just go out on the balcony and meditate,” he joked.

“that’s ‘cause your mom is nice,” alistair smiled. his mom was probably dying to call him, but he told her that he didn’t want any. his father didn’t care though, he would do whatever he wanted. al’s mom at least had some respect for him, and she was better than his father in that regard. he kissed him back, letting his shoulders relax a little as he held his boyfriend. “i will,” he said, but he was still unsure. and then he laughed, kissing him deeper as he pulled his hips in closer to his own. “you have great advice, i’m just not always bold enough to take it.” 

“You’re dad can be nice,” he chuckled. “He just...you know?” He wasn’t sure how to articulate what he meant, but he was sure Alastair understood him. His fingers ran through his hair as he kissed Jackson deeper. His hands slipped down his back and rested above his bottom, “Not many people are,” he laughed. “I just stopped caring about consequences a long time ago,” he explained. Jackson pulled him toward their bed, “Maybe we can find something to keep your mind distracted until you have to call him back?”

al didn’t want to take it, and he wanted to throw his phone against the wall too. though he didn’t want to buy a new phone or have to deal with his dad when he realized he hung up on him. the shoulder rub helped him relax, and he just leaned back into the touch. “it wasn’t, really. he just wants me aware of whats going on though it could wait until i got back,” he said as he turned around, going to wrap his arms around jackson. “it’ll be hard not too. i just.. i can never get away from it,” he frowned. 

“I’m sorry. Parents suck and can’t leave us alone for a few days. I’ve just been sending my mom the occasional picture of the sunset and she’s been leaving me alone for the most part.” He wrapped his own arms around Al’s neck and kissed his lips softly. He relaxed in his arms and pressed his forehead against his boyfriend’s. “Just tell him not to call you again when you speak to him tonight. Be firm. You don’t have to listen to him all the time,” he sighed. “But maybe you shouldn’t take advice from the Queen of England’s rebel son?” He laughed softly and kissed him again.

of course during the first vacation he’s ever really had he had his father call him and try to talk business to him. al hated that, hated that he was obligated to sit there and listen when instead he could be spending quality time with his boyfriend. he rolled his eyes hard at half of the things he was saying, and kept shooting jackson looks that said i’d rather be dead than doing this right now. eventually, after about twenty minutes, he just told his dad to call back later. so he could talk after jackson was asleep instead of when they were both awake. “i hate him,” he groaned as he put the phone away. “i told him i didn’t want any calls or anything..”

Jackson pouted when Al had taken the call from his father. He knew how much the man needed this time to relax and just have his mind free from his responsibilities. He felt so bad for his boyfriend and just wanted to grab his phone and chuck it at the wall. However, he was more mature than that, so he just got up and started to rub Al’s shoulders about halfway through the phone call. Once he had hung up, Jackson kissed the top of his head, “Don’t say that, babe. I’m sure he wouldn’t have called unless it was really necessary,” he decided to give the King the benefit of the doubt, as he knew how much the man worked. “Just try not to think about it too much, yeah? I’ll try to distract you however I can.”
