do you recommend listening to the music notes while reading your stories? just realised they are there lol

ummm not really! i mostly put the notes there because it's the song that gave the fic its title, but there's no requirement to read whilst listening to those songs, they're just there for fun :)

been thinking about the way na’vi might express themselves recently - like through their tail swishing or the ear movements - and how maybe sometimes it would give away their genuine reactions towards specific things. like how if they were trying to be nonchalant, the frantic sweeps of the tail and pinned ears might give away the inner panic 😭

i like to add this to all of my fics honestly! in fantasize it happens a lot with jake's ears flattening or his tail flicking, if i don't explicitly explain how they're linked to his feelings or thoughts then it's definitely alluded! i think it's probably true anyway, so i like to add it :)

for example, if any na'vi is excited, i like to add that their ears twitch and their tail moves a lot, maybe they become more fidgety too! if they're nervous or scared or anything like that i like to add the details of their ears, and in future stories their noses too, how their eyes move sometimes without them kinda wanting them to (the same way we jump when there's a loud noise or when we look at a door when it opens in the quiet) !!!

and yes im very well <33 working an irl job whilst also writing 300 fics at once....basically making my own life harder!!!
