There, where you see Shinyu, smart, composed with a leader's manner… he’s the biggest fan of cuddles. As he is always the one in charge of looking after the members as if he were a single parent, when he arrives home, the only thing he wants to do is lie down on the bed and hug you like a koala, never letting go. It’s like his guilty pleasure.

When he’s tired from work, he showers and changes, and the next thing you'd know is he’d be already hugging you as if you were going to disappear in any second. Even hide his head in your chest, and wait for you to pat his head and play with his hair.

“Pretty please?” He’d say with his puppy eyes, and you, with a chuckle, would start caressing his hair. The second you’d place your hand on his head, he’d sigh, and all the tiredness would fade away slowly into a sweet smile. That’s how relaxing it was being with you.

Shinyu isn’t the type of guy who gets jealous fast, but when he does, he’ll pout and come to you, frowning, and ask why you talked with that person instead of hugging him. Then, you two would spend the next whole twenty minutes cuddling and laughing at stupid fish jokes Shinyu had come up with for the day (he, surprisingly, had new ones every day).

Shinyu’d just crave your attention all day, wanting to stay glued to you, but would always know when to stop (like when you are starting to get overwhelmed). He’s very perceptive; that might be why.

In front of others, he’s the composed big guy with a macho phase, but with you he’s just a cute tired boy who weighs more than he’d want to. (Although the macho phase is still there, as he still insists on showing you his muscles from time to time hehe).

Because with you, he’s not Shinyu from TWS; he’s just Shin Junghwan. The boy you love. And the boy who loves you back.

(Just to mention, the rest of the members were pretty shocked the first time they saw Shinyu hug you instantly as soon as he saw you arrive at the practice room. He was sweating, but you didn’t care and hugged him back, which left all of them with their mouths wide open. How could Shinyu have found a girlfriend so quickly? “Top 5 experiences in my life,” said Kyungmin later, with his eyes widened).

ִֶָ🪽་༘࿐ kim dohoon

He’s the biggest idiot for you. I have no proof but no doubts either. Big smile every time he sees you.

From day one, he’d be close to you. But like, so close to you. I have to say, Dohoon and Jihoon might be the ones who show their clingy manner the most. He’d never let you go and would always be touching you.

Every day, as soon as he sees you, you’d get a hug, a kiss and a sweet smile. Maybe he’d even take your hand and wander around with you.

Dohoon is one of shyest members at first, but once he feels comfortable with the environment (because with you he always is) will begin to show how clingy he is for you and your attention. He’d hug you from behind, give you sweet kisses while you laugh, and hold your hand as long as possible with a wide smile on his face.

(Yes, you both have traumatised the whole group with your clinginess. “Top 5 experiences I don’t want to see ever again,” said Shinyu).

“Yaaah, why did that girl flirt with me? Haven’t she seen I’m literally yours?” Kind of man.

He loves to remind you that you are the best person he has ever met and that he’d wish to be with you for a long, long, long time. All this while, he hides his face in your arms and feels like he can breathe again.

Always looking for an excuse for you to give him attention.

He’d also love to watch horror movies with you (even if we all agree he hates them) just so he could hold your hand and cling to you for two whole hours. Bonus points if it is so scary he just has to sleep with you and hug you all night long because he’s scared.

ִֶָ🪽་༘࿐ choi youngjae

youngjae'd be the one who loves quietly, and even when he's clingy, he's not too loud about it. He's more of a guy who keeps these little sweet moments for just the two of you.

It would take some time for him to get used to all the cuddles you'd give him, but sooner rather than later, he'd become so used to having you close as if it were as normal as breathing.

When you aren't alone, he will naturally come up to you. He does not need to touch you too intensely. However, when he’s sure no one is watching, he'd hold your hand, maybe intertwine your fingers, and smile like a child on Christmas. Those small things made him feel so happy.

When no one is watching, though… he's literally onto you. Every. Single. Time. He’d wrap his arms around you and kiss your face as if his life depended on it. He’d tell you how much he had missed you (even if you’d seen each other like five minutes ago) and look you in the eyes with his big, round eyes and smile at you like the happiest boy on Earth.

Whenever he gets jealous, he won’t confront the guy or girl; he would just get close to you, maybe even lie a little bit on your shoulder, and place his hand on your hip. Maybe then smile like a guy who hasn’t killed a fly in his life, but in some way meaning you are his, in some way.

And when he’s tired after a long time, resting his head on your shoulder, wrapping his arms around your hips, and taking a deep breath would always help him recharge. As if you had the cure to his tiredness. “Thank you.” He’d mutter afterward. “Thank you for being with me”

Because Youngjae might not be that of a touchy guy, but he sure is a wordy guy. He’s the kind of guy who will always be for you. Even when you don’t sense him.

(Between, you sure will be the members’ fav couple. They just love seeing their Youngjae as happy as he is with you ♡).

ִֶָ🪽་༘࿐ han zhen

Hanjin isn’t really the type of boy who hugs and never lets go. He was the type of guy who swore he’d never be that clingy with his partner once he met them. Or that was, at least, until he met you. And suddenly, cuddling was his favorite thing in the whole world.

He’d do everything he could to make you happy; let you put clips in his hair, put makeup on his face… he’d always be there to give you anything you needed (even if you still didn’t know you needed it). But when it’s his time to just be there with you, he’d forget all the bad that occurred that day and just lean his head on your shoulder while watching a movie, feeling like he had just gotten back to life.

Movie nights with him only meant one thing: he’d be clingy with you all night long. He’d let you rest your head in his lap and play with your hair while the main characters were having fun in their universe. Or if the story was sad, he would snuggle up with you and cry right by your side.

I don’t think he’s that open about being clingy in public though, but he has other ways to show you his love. He's not that good with words; he’s still learning new things every day, after all, but with acts… he was the real star. The way he always checks up on you, asks if you have already eaten, makes sure your diet is balanced, and always asks you if you have slept well was what made you feel loved those days you couldn’t be together.

He’s the type of man who writes the cheesiest letters for you and then acts as if nothing happened, giving you a soft smile.

Holding hands would be his ultimate goal; I don’t have proof, but no doubts either. There’s a thing so intimate in just holding hands, in knowing someone is there with you just by feeling them. He didn’t need kisses. Neither did he need hugs, even if they were very, very welcome. He just needed your hand. He just needed you to be there with him. That was enough.

Hanjin’d be the best gossiper in the group, but, surprisingly, the members wouldn’t find out about you two until much later than expected. They’ll have to admit it was pretty unexpected (or that’s what Jihoon said, because Youngjae had it clear the moment he saw Hanjin entering through the doorway with a big, big smile and sparkling eyes. He had to totally meet someone), but they loved to see Hanjin happy, so they couldn’t be more excited about it.

He’s just happy to have met you, so he tells you every time he can. It’s like his duty now hshs.

ִֶָ🪽་༘࿐ han jihoon

Jihoon would always be glued to you. And by ‘glued’ I mean he’d be literally next to you every time he could. In fact, if you are in the room and he’s not right by your side, he might get a bit annoyed and start pouting at whoever doesn't let him be there. (He’s so cute either way)

He's the biggest hugger. Jihoon’d love to wrap his arms around you and rest his chin on your head. It doesn’t matter when or where you are. He just needs to feel you there. Maybe even tease you a little bit. His hugs are soft, sweet, and at most times carry a warm message, a feeling. A silent “I’m here”. I just know his hugs would make you feel better. And he loves to give them, too.

When dancing, even if he’s too caught up in the music, he’d eventually come next to you. Maybe do weird things such as passing his head through your legs and resting his head in your lap while still doing footwork. He is just the randomest boy ever, but that would just make you smile. He just likes to be close to you.

And speaking of dancing… he’s the type of guy who would love to have you in his arms while spinning around. Maybe you end up on the floor. But at least he’s with you, laughing and having fun.

Jihoon has a huge oppa disease, and whenever he’s needy, he’d joke about it with hopes of you calling him oppa one moment. You always shook your head- not a fan of the term-  but the few times you’d called him that, his eyes would light up, and he would not let go for the next few hours. (And beg you to say it again).

He’s the type to get jealous easily, but in a cute way. He’s still a cute drama queen, after all. He would get closer, give you a hug, and ask with a pouty voice why that person was so close to you. “Didn’t they notice me next to you?” He’d ask, frowning. If a glare could provoke death, they would be dead by then. You would just laugh at moments like that, because Jihoon would seem more like a baby who had his favorite candy stolen than a grown-up man ><.

Some members will be a bit envious of your relationship, but others will wonder about how you stand him all the time. Kyungmin asked you once, really curious, and you just replied: “he’s cute, and you get used to it. Even begin to love him with his clingy manners!” shrugging, smiling, and joking a bit. Truth is, you loved hugs. And you certainly loved Jihoon. (Kyungmin didn’t believe you at all).

ִֶָ🪽་༘࿐ lee kyungmin

“Noona nomu yeppo” 😳 (okay no-). I think Kyungmin isn’t one of the clingiest members, but he does love to spend time with you and be close to you, even if he's a little bit shy when it comes to this. Maybe because he's relatively young, or maybe because he's not used to giving cuddles himself. (He does love to be the one receiving them, though).

At first, he’d shyly start holding your hand, blushing and looking the other way every time he did it. You liked to tease him like that, holding his hand out of nowhere and just smiling at his reddish face.

The kisses would have their act of presence later. The first time came on a quiet night, looking at the stars, he leaned closer, as nervous as he could be, and gave you a quick kiss on your cheek. You left a sweet chuckle that time; he was just too cute for his own good. Then, you pulled him closer and put your lips against his. Just a tiny little moment, but it meant the whole world. No need to say Kyungmin turned into a small tomato.

Ever since then, Kyungmin found his comfort place in your shoulders, on your chest (where he could sleep), and especially on your kisses.

Kyungmin’d be the biggest loser for kisses. He’d love to give you small kisses from time to time, brushing his nose against you and letting go of a small “chuu” every time he kissed your cheek, letting himself act either as a big boy or a baby when he’s around you.

Could be wrong, but I think Kyungmin is the type of boy who gets jealous easily. Whenever someone is talking too close to you, smiling too much, or just when he senses you are feeling uncomfortable, he’d come right by your side and put his hand on your shoulder. Maybe even give you a quick kiss and casually let go of a “hey, baby” so the guy understands what he’s implying. Kyungmin tries to look stronger or even just older sometimes, too, to “intimidate his opponents”. But for you, he was just the cutest person on earth.

And members' reaction? Well, for them, you are just too cute to be true. “Children grow up so fast,” they’ll mutter dramatically, while Kyungmin squeezes your hand and you chuckle, blushing softly.

YOUNGJAE WAS… OBSSESED.

Or at least, that’s the word Shinyu and Jihoon had come up with. He didn’t agree too much with it, but he didn’t have a greater word for it either. So he just stuck with it.

It was rather a… strange feeling what he felt. He surely hadn’t experienced something like this before. Like, who the heck couldn’t sleep because of a voice?

He could be obsessed with a song, with a person, or maybe with a series — but with a voice? That wasn’t in his bucket list, that’s for sure.

He had heard it for the first time a long time ago, almost a year after debuting with his group. He was in the car with his parents listening to the radio, and it just.. popped out. So suddenly, he wouldn’t have guessed it would become his latest hyper fixation.

“Let’s listen now to the new TWS release before continuing! Remember the members? Shinyu, Dohoon, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jihoon and Kyungmin! This song in particular has a gloomy and nostalgic feeling, the one you surely get after graduation. It took me back to when I was young, and I thought my life ended there. It’s bittersweet, yes, but as they sing, let’s remember our final festival together.”

Those were the exact words you’ve said. He knew them by heart and had memorised them just by how many times he had repeated that sequence, only because you said his name. He had become too fond of it.

For that reason, he had been trying not to listen to the new podcast you had uploaded that day for those who couldn’t listen to the livestream. He really tried to control himself.

Throughout the day was easier, as his schedule was usually pretty packed. Going back and forth made him lose track of time quickly and forget about such things. However, when he had finished all the things in his schedule and sat down in the car at midnight the only thing he wanted to do was to listen to you.

But he couldn’t. He had promised himself he would stay strong.

He sighed and run his fingers through his hair. Why the heck did he make those stupid self-help-bets with himself? Dohoon shouldn’t have lent him his ‘Atomic Habits’ book.

He groaned silently and tried to sleep.

He went round and round in his bed, trying to find the position where he felt more comfortable.

He couldn’t, though. He couldn’t even sleep.

Youngjae ran his hand through his hair and sighed. Again. I am so pathetic…, he thought to himself, hiding his face with his hands.

He really needed it. He really needed you. Your voice. Your tone. The way you laughed. He needed everything.

Maybe he really was obsessed. Maybe, he thought as he put on his earbuds and pressed play on the video.

Your voice instantly made him calm down. It made him feel comforted.

Maybe his friends were right, but the truth was he really enjoyed those times. He didn’t care for being obsessed. It might be his little secret; it isn’t as if he is going to meet you. That Chanel you had wasn’t exactly the place idols used to go to.

And so, he fell asleep. Hoping to meet you someday.

Maybe. Or maybe not.

You were wearing red today.

Red always looked nice on you. Even when your friends would tell you that it made you look like some sort of aristocrat. 

They didn't know what they were talking about.

Red made you look ethereal. Every time the colour touched your skin it would take Kyungmin's breath away.

You were so perfect.

His eyes watched you closely.

Every move. 

Every chuckle. 

Every smile that wasn't directed at him.

He pushed his specs further up his nose, lightly biting his lip.

What he would do to talk to you. 

What he would give to make you laugh.

But that wouldn't be possible. You were worlds apart and Kyungmin knew that. 

So for now he was happy to simply watch over you from a safe distance.

Or so he thought.

You had spoken to him.

It was during lunch. The halls were filled with people spilling in from various different rooms. 

You were there, walking arm-in-arm with one of your best friends. 

His eyes were on you. Always.

At some point, you laughed at something the girl beside you said, resting your head against her shoulder.

Kyungmin felt his own footsteps falter. The previous lovesick tug on his lips disappearing entirely.

Oh.

He didn't like that. 

It made him feel twitchy. 

And something dark and twisted shifted in his gut whenever he got twitchy.

He didn't even know how it happened, but the next thing he knew he was approaching you with light footsteps. 

But before he could even reach you, you unexpectedly turned around.

And for whatever reason, your eyes widened upon seeing him in front of you.

Kyungmin froze.

“Oh! Hi Kyungmin—”

His brain stopped listening after that.

Because you knew he existed.

You knew his name.

“Hi Kyungmin.”

It repeated over and over in his head. A broken record.

His heart flipped like crazy, his ears heated up within seconds—the way his name rolled of your tongue; so sublime, so delicate, so intoxicating.

You even smiled.

Just for him.

You gave him your whole attention, your eyes directly looked his was, you approached him first—

You.

You.

“Kyungmin?”

A touch to his shoulder.

“Are...you okay?”

His knees practically buckled under your warmth, his specs and belongings scattering across the floor as he lost his balance.

“Oh my gosh!”

You instinctively reached for him.

A crowd had gathered around you both, some singing words of flattery for your visuals even in a distressing moment. Others praising the way you always looked out for others oh-so kindly.

Not one comment ever acknowledged the presence of the boy on the floor.

“Hey,” your voice was all he could hear.

The crowd blurred into a silent him as he watched you reach for his glasses. 

You picked them up, helping him put them back on.

Your fingers held his. 

So gentle.

“Are you alright? I didn't mean to startle you.”

You softly smiled, trying to ease the silent tension.

The boy in front of you simply stared.

He couldn't stop himself.

Not when you were a mere inches away from him.

From up close, you looked even more devastatingly beautiful. 

An awkward laugh escaped you, tilting your head out of habit, you cutely pulled your mouth to one side. 

“I was just trying to let you know that we were placed in the same group for Ethics,”

You caught his unmoving gaze. A light blush spread across your cheeks as you cleared your throat. 

“I uh...just wanted to tell you...in case you didn't know.”

Your eyes trailed off to the side, nervously. 

You were suddenly feeling very warm.

“Well,” you clapped your hands together, grinning towards him. “That's all I wanted to say! I'm looking forward to working with you!”

Your extended arm waited before him.

From this proximity, he could smell the sweet perfume you notoriously used every single day. He could see the reddened tint to your skin. 

Ah... so this was what it felt like to be close to you.

You gave a raise of your brows, lightly wriggling your fingers, just in case he didn't see your hand.

A beat.

Then the feeling of a warm and gentle hand on yours.

It was silly, but your heart fluttered a little bit more than you'd like to admit. You wondered if he was always this soft with everyone. He was rather handsome too. Your mild excitement was unavoidable.

The handshake was much longer than necessary, but it seemed like neither of you minded. Eventually, you felt his hand pull away from yours.

You suddenly felt a little cold.

“A-Anyway—” you coughed into your hand, scratching your neck a little to play-off your shyness.

People around watched in amazement. They didn't even know you had the ability to be flustered. They just wished they had caught it on camera.

“I'm going to go have lunch now. See you later!” You grabbed your friend's arm and essentially sprinted down the halls.

The crowd followed you in no time, all desperate to catch a glimpse or talk to you.

“Wow.”

Kyungmin was still on the ground, glasses messily placed, belongings stacked up on the floor.

His heart pumped like crazy. Skin tingling manically. Even his ears were ringing.

He was going in overdrive. 

“She spoke to me.” It was whispered like a sacred orison. “She said see you later.”

That meant you wanted to see him again.

Didn't you?

This was a day to be marked.

A day that would shift everything.

He finally got the in he wanted. You acknowledged him before anyone else. You accepted him before anyone could.

You chose him. You picked him. You reached out to him first.

His quiet yearning was finally reciprocated.

Nothing could change that.

And unfortunately for you, Kyungmin would no longer be satisfied with watching you from a safedistance.

He needed you.

Wanted you.

All to himself. 

And he'd do anything to make that happen.

YOUNGJAE WAS… OBSSESED.

Or at least, that’s the word Shinyu and Jihoon had come up with. He didn’t agree too much with it, but he didn’t have a greater word for it either. So he just stuck with it.

It was rather a… strange feeling what he felt. He surely hadn’t experienced something like this before. Like, who the heck couldn’t sleep because of a voice?

He could be obsessed with a song, with a person, or maybe with a series — but with a voice? That wasn’t in his bucket list, that’s for sure.

He had heard it for the first time a long time ago, almost a year after debuting with his group. He was in the car with his parents listening to the radio, and it just.. popped out. So suddenly, he wouldn’t have guessed it would become his latest hyper fixation.

“Let’s listen now to the new TWS release before continuing! Remember the members? Shinyu, Dohoon, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jihoon and Kyungmin! This song in particular has a gloomy and nostalgic feeling, the one you surely get after graduation. It took me back to when I was young, and I thought my life ended there. It’s bittersweet, yes, but as they sing, let’s remember our final festival together.”

Those were the exact words you’ve said. He knew them by heart and had memorised them just by how many times he had repeated that sequence, only because you said his name. He had become too fond of it.

For that reason, he had been trying not to listen to the new podcast you had uploaded that day for those who couldn’t listen to the livestream. He really tried to control himself.

Throughout the day was easier, as his schedule was usually pretty packed. Going back and forth made him lose track of time quickly and forget about such things. However, when he had finished all the things in his schedule and sat down in the car at midnight the only thing he wanted to do was to listen to you.

But he couldn’t. He had promised himself he would stay strong.

He sighed and run his fingers through his hair. Why the heck did he make those stupid self-help-bets with himself? Dohoon shouldn’t have lent him his ‘Atomic Habits’ book.

He groaned silently and tried to sleep.

He went round and round in his bed, trying to find the position where he felt more comfortable.

He couldn’t, though. He couldn’t even sleep.

Youngjae ran his hand through his hair and sighed. Again. I am so pathetic…, he thought to himself, hiding his face with his hands.

He really needed it. He really needed you. Your voice. Your tone. The way you laughed. He needed everything.

Maybe he really was obsessed. Maybe, he thought as he put on his earbuds and pressed play on the video.

Your voice instantly made him calm down. It made him feel comforted.

Maybe his friends were right, but the truth was he really enjoyed those times. He didn’t care for being obsessed. It might be his little secret; it isn’t as if he is going to meet you. That Chanel you had wasn’t exactly the place idols used to go to.

And so, he fell asleep. Hoping to meet you someday.

Maybe. Or maybe not.

Wasn’t that the exciting part of life?
