Last week I was working on a wedding dress with the best concept ever. The bride to be handed me 3 sentimental garments from her 14 years together, before marrying her now husband. She wanted these pieces to be cut up and be part of her dress. The top is a 1940's swimsuit she was given one birthday by her man, and the bottom part is amongst many things the dress from their first date and 2 bridesmaids dresses she worn at friends weddings. So much history and sentiment in one garment! And no room for mistakes... :) Here is the result!
