Animal Crossing: New Horizons things you might have missed
-The island seems to have layers throughout it in the trailer like the old Animal Crossing games did.
-Beaches have rocks you can stand on.
-Hair pieces, like bangs, have a slight swaying animation with certain movements.
-Grass now only has shapes in patches.
-The bobber on the presumably lowest quality fishing rod is yellow now instead of red. However, the flimsy tools are probably not the same as the default tools in other games.
-Villagers can sit on the ground outside.
-Animal villagers can have sleeves on their clothing.
-Weeds/ground cover plants seem to change with the season.
-In the fall, leaves drift in the wind.
-Wreaths can go on doors of houses.
-Sheep villagers can now wear full shirts instead of just scarves.
-Animal villagers can wear dresses.
-Animal villagers have crafting supplies in their houses.
-Windows can have blinds.
-Items may have more color customization (pieces of the lovely set are shown in red).
-There are now overalls and suspenders.
-You can wear backpacks and purses.
-Flower crowns are craft-able.
-There is some sort of plane landing area with a dock.
-Some eyes now have pupils.
-Games can be adjusted for the North or South hemisphere.
-There is a “?” bin in Nook’s tent. It could be like a recycling/donation bin that some of the other games have.
-Supplies can be grouped in your inventory in bundles of 10 or possibly more.
