Out of all the tools in your "life toolbox", your confidence should be at the tip-top of the bag. I used to be that person that wanted to participate and ask questions..at the end of the party I really wanted those last few hot wings and when asked aloud I wouldn't say anything. I learned the hard way that closed mouths don't get fed and I learned that confidently inserting myself in a situation is far better off than being quiet, shy and timid. I still get nervous whether I'm performing in a play, hosting an event or singing but it takes major confidence to even do these things. Stand up for what is yours, stand up for what you love. Stand up because people need someone to look too. #17till20 #BdayCountdown #wisdom

Self Control and Awareness is everything. Know the "times" and "places". Ask yourself "What do I have to lose?" Ask yourself "What can I gain?"
