Star Trek: Picard

A Short Review

While good, and continuing the story after the events of 2002’s Star Trek: Nemisis and the 2009 Star Trek movie franchise, the writers were a little too heavy handed with the foreshadowing from the first episode. I won’t say too much for those of you who’ve yet to notice the foreshadowing, but it becomes increasingly more clear with each episode, how exactly this new series is going to end. And without giving out too much information, it is an ending that I simply just do not want to see.

That being said, I will be putting the rest of the series on hold until they can work on and release the final season(s), and I can see if I was right. If I’m wrong, I’ll go back and watch the entire series straight through. But if I’m right, I’ll be glad I didn’t put my heart through something so devastating.
