Lillian stayed sitting at her desk, even long after the professor dismissed the class. She quickly wrote down the last of her note before stepping up behind another one of the students. She jumped lightly as the girl turned around snapping at her. “Woah, sorry.. I didn’t mean to startle you” she quickly said holing her hands up in defence.

Caterina put her hand on her chest. “I think I just made a record being the youngest person to have a heart attack,” she said. “I didn’t know anyone else was in here.”

Caterina stayed after class for a few minutes with the permission of her professor to finish an assignment. She was supposed to have it turned in at the beginning of class, but with the stress she picked up after the shooting she didn’t get it done. After finally finishing, she picked her things up and placed her paper on her professor’s desk, but whipped her body around when she heard footsteps behind her. “What the fuck--didn’t your parents teach you it’s not smart to sneak up on people like that?”

Benji stood at the top of the grandstand, right at the very edge. He’d been drinking, this time with a few of his friends who’d all headed back to their dorms once they’d got back. Instead of going with them, Benji had ended up at the soccer field. He’d always come here to smoke. It was somewhere he could clear his mind. However, this time he’d chosen to lean himself over the railing overlooking a large amount of concrete rather than sitting himself down. He could see someone walking by and stood up straight, calling out to them “Oi, take a picture!” he laughed “Seriously, please– do it!” he added, hopping up higher and almost loosing his balance at the same time.

Caterina knew better than to walk in grass in heels. Her shoes kept sinking and getting stuck, so she finally stopped and took them off. Just as she picked her shoes up, she heard a voice and she looked up, her eyebrows stitching together. “What the fuck are you doing? Are you asking for a death wish?” she called out.

Ever since the shooting Rosie had lost focus in her class work and in the chemistry lab is one place in which you need to be completely focused in. She stared down blankly at the chemicals and beakers in front of her. She had been studying hard for her classes, but when it came to it– it almost felt like she was paralyzed, she couldn’t move.. couldn’t breathe. 

A small explosion went off at the desk opposite her, causing her to jump out of her daze. She quickly looked around the room in a panic, unaware of what actually caused the bang. Then it went off again- the strawberry blonde quickly covered her ears and closing her eyes tightly. “No, No” she shook her head. She could see it all in her head again, her friends collapsing in a thud next to her, the shooter telling her to beg for her life.. for her chance to live. “I’m sorry, I’m so sorry. Please don’t hurt me, please..” she cried walking backwards. Her hands still on her ears and her eyes closed. She bumped in to the counter behind her, causing glasses to tumble to the ground causing small explosions. She let out a scream, before opening her eyes and looking around the classroom. Embarrassed by the stares she was getting from the others, her mouth hung open a little trying to find the words to say. “I– I can’t” she managed to mumble before rushing out of the class room, and down the hall. 

She stopped at the end of the hall, meeting a wide blank wall. She held her hands out on to the wall holding herself up, trying to take in deep breaths as she tried to overcome the panic attack she had now had to face herself with almost everyday. She let out a deep sigh hearing someone approaching her. “T-The shows over, okay” her voice shook slightly. “Just leave me alone, p–please”

Caterina noticed her classmate’s odd actions--and she assumed it was some sort of daydream or something, or maybe she was just having a really bad day--but she watched anyways to see just what the hell was going on. At the girl’s words, Cat’s eyebrows stitched together for a few seconds before she realized that she must have been having a flashback--she got them, too, but she’d never had one in class. Her eyes followed her when she left the room and she looked around for a few seconds to see if anyone was going to check on her. When no one moved, she scoffed. “Really? None of you sons of bitches? Jesus... I know who not to rely on if I ever freak out,” she said, mostly to herself, but still out loud to the class before she left the room herself. Her heels clacked on the ground as she ran after her classmate and she slowed down when she heard the other girl speak. “I just came to see if you were okay,” she said. “That seemed pretty intense in there...”

Hazel had to admit she had probably had too much to drink but after everything lately? She honestly felt like she deserved it. She could see the sun dipping below the horizon as she was sitting on the stands out by the football field, drink in hand. She could see the silhouette of somebody approaching but couldn’t make them out yet “Stop!” she pointed at them “Unless you’re going to be nice, please turn around”

If there was one thing Caterina was good at, it was losing things. Literally everything, her glasses, her phone, her keys, everything. Unfortunately for her, she left her glasses on the bleachers of all things on the day she happened to run out of contacts. She wasn’t totally blind obviously, but things were fuzzy if she wasn’t wearing one or the other. When the other girl told her to stop, she did--but only because she was confused. She raised an eyebrow and started towards the bleachers again climbing up to where she remembered being. “Relax. I’m just looking for my glasses,” she said.

Kailani was walking through the hallways, her mind was somewhere else. So much so that she hadn’t noticed she was walking right into someone else, her body colliding with theres. A small squeak left her lips “Oh gosh i’m so sorry! I wasn’t looking i didn’t mean to”

Cat wasn’t paying much attention because she was texting her sister, so she was a little taken by surprise when she felt herself bump into someone else. Her hands scrambled to catch her phone and she let out a sigh of relief when she managed to grab it before putting it in her hoodie’s pocket so it would be safe. She shook her head and pushed her hair out of her face. “It’s fine, I wasn’t watching, either. No biggie.”
