See I know somethings coming. It has to be. Right? Ain't there a calm before the storm? I heard someone say it's like a slingshot. You keep getting pulled back and pulled back, till you get let go and fly forward. How do fly forward without closure? How do you get let go from those things that are holding you back? See I know it's coming. But how long till it's here? 'Cause I don't know how long I can wait. You start to second guess all that you've come to think about anything you thought you knew. Everything just isn't the same as how you perceived it to be. You've hit a plateau.
Oh, Ni! That beautiful air we breathe. The crazy world in our minds, the filter through which our entire human experience goes through. I love being an Ni-dom most of the time, but the one time I can’t stand it is when it comes to being attracted to other people.
When I come across someone who has a good vibe, it’s like BOOM! My Ni goes insane, extrapolating every single piece of data from that glimpse, building an impression of that person in my head, then taking that impression and placing it in millions of possible future scenarios... all in a few moments.
Sometimes I’ll do it later some more, when I’m on my own. Think about that person so intently, dream up futures based on nothing but an impression of their soul. This may repeat a few more times if I see them again, the impressions or versions getting even more detailed and wonderful.
In doing all this, the chances of that person matching up to the wondrous versions dreamed up in the mind... are slim to none. It is then time to revise the expectations, to let go of the fantasy. This soon becomes apparent. And it sucks.
Every now and then - with particularly exciting looking, vibey people - by the time I’ve finally started getting to know them, I’m already besotted with them - or rather, my idea of them. But they’re never quite as I dreamed. And that is down to me. Or rather, that damn Ni running away with itself.
Who knows, maybe one day someone will have this impression on me, cause me to go internally crazy dreaming up futures - and then end up surpassing even my wildest visualisations. I suppose if that day - or that someone - comes, that might just be the day I fall in love.
The personality is those parts of the soul that require healing, along with those parts of the soul, such as compassion and love, that the soul has lent to the process of healing in that lifetime.
At each moment you choose the intentions that will shape your experiences and those things upon which you will focus your attention. If you choose unconsciously, you evolve unconsciously. If you choose consciously, you evolve consciously.
