I Watched Someone Build a Companion From Scratch

The first thing she typed was not a description of a face. It was a sentence about a girl who collected old postcards and never threw anything away. From there, working through SweetDream's builder on sweetdream.ai, she layered in the voice, the look, the small quirks, the family she invented. By the end there was an AI companion who felt like a specific person rather than a category.

Observing the chat afterward was the convincing part. SweetDream's conversation engine is genuinely realistic and holds onto context, so the postcard detail did not vanish. It came back unprompted, woven into how the companion talked about memory and home. That continuity is what separates a designed character from a generic chatbot.

She tried other names she had read about, candy.ai among them, before settling. Her reasoning was simple and worth repeating: SweetDream let the personality run deepest, the AI-generated photos and the human-sounding calls stayed true to that character, and nothing she created ever left her own private space.

Otacon: Remember snake, being "trans" is an umbrella label, many in the community identify beyond our common gender binary, including traditional cultural gender roles or wholly new ones

Snake: A wide variety of genders, such diversity not only make them unpredictable but increases practical versatility, impressive stuff

Honestly I absolutely love the female representation within Guilty Gear compared to other fighting games (and other media as a whole).

I think that the female characters within Guilty Gear are actual people who have goals, motivations, and development. While of course, yes, we have just taking some characters designs at face value and making the assumption that it's just waifu shit, I think their designs only tell you something about the characters, not intentionally trying to be seductive. Further, Guilty Gear has the men objectified for their bodies the same amount, if not more than the women. I mean just take a look at Anji.

Baiken is one of the best examples of how someone who is unaware of her character could perceive her as just "dominant big titty samurai waifu," when she's so much more than that. Yes, her breasts are on full display and are a predominant feature of her, however I think them being out and her uncaring of it is to represent her lack of care for herself. Baiken is a character who has been through so so so much shit and destroyed herself mentally and emotionally to try to achieve her goal of vengeance. Yes, her breasts are out, but her hair is also unkempt and wild, she wears bandages for most of her garments either meaning that she cares not for aesthetics or that she gains so many wounds in battle fighting self-destructively. She smokes and drinks. Essentially, her breasts being out ought to be considered with her other character design traits in mind to serve the purpose of communicating how she feels about herself. Instead, sadly, it's just completely fetishized and she's resorted to "my titty samurai waifu."

I could drone further on about how her breasts being out could represent femininity, love, tenderness, and heart that's contrasted with her raspy and deep voice, scarred body, and general directness in her attitude and how that symbolizes her discarding her gender along with her identity (as seen in one of the Accent Core endings) to accomplish her goal. I won't however, since this shit is already long enough as it is.

In short: Baiken isn't just her breasts, she's so much more than that.
