Oh, trust me that this #tbt hurts me just as much as it hurts you. I miss #Korea... 😩😫 #food #seoul #potd #nofilter
Since graduating back in June, I have literally been connected with all and every type of social media app, site, and software. I never knew what it took exactly to be in Public Relations, Marketing, Social Media, etc. Yeah, as of now I am a low income errr.. or a hardly paid intern at a small PR firm who is also applying and interviewing while at it, but I've never clicked with something as much as with what I am doing right now. It's fun, time consuming, stressful, out of the box yet repetitively interesting and although my time as a student has now reached the end, I've still somehow brought myself in full circle and am learning now what seems like a new language.
Maybe I will regret saying this one day, probably a day sooner than later, but for now.. I can't wait to work full time in this position. Also, who knew my career path would lead to technology rather than fashion... welllz on to the next.
I've also been realizing how much more there is in the world to pray for, prepare for, live for.. than the tiny bubble I somehow manage to continuously stuff and drown my mind in. Goodbye college, hello post-grad. OmyJEEZ.
Sweet-Bitter
My last "complete" night in Davis in my still very furnished room with a somewhat full closet. Feeling satisfied in my studies and leaving with a somewhat sturdy resume... especially dense due to my months of worries of ever finding THE job.
Truly a "bittersweet" feeling, except i'd say the vice-versa would be more fitting in my case. Four years of memories -- that's including everyday of class, daily trips to cafes, and to every MSM/fellowship/sisterly bonding-- is what I've experienced here in this little bubble town. To my surprise today it's really a sweet thing to leave all those memories behind (not forgetting them of course) and to move on into a new chapter.
Blessings stacked on blessings, even in the hurts and the tears, and I've learned and grown in ways I would've never expected or known. I'm only thankful for every single encounter and experience God has placed me in these past four years. My failures probably outweigh my shining moments, and my losses more than my gains, but that's still only in the "on paper" perspective.
Post Grad.. I feel it already. Struggling to daily put up my cross, mind-filled with worries of success, lying to myself that I must fit better into the world. The little bubble I so loved these past four years has burst and my oh my do I need my Jesus to be the light in me than ever before. Now that is sweet-bitter.
Really want a lot of these. Love the little ones especially!! #green #dainty #love

Craftsman & Wolves, San Francisco - extraordinary pastries
Cupertino, CA- Chromatic Coffee (Location: previously Barefoot Coffee) Trying to be 'adventurous', meaning trying to avoid only going to Philz. I've been checking out a lot of cafes in the area, whether it be in SF or SJ, just to know what is here since I haven't actually BEEN at home for the the past four years. Although I've been out of school, surprisingly there is a lot to do -- both work & finding work. Anyways, lets get to the coffee...overpriced. Any average cup of coffee-latte is around $3-4 but this place served it for $4.55.. the heck. It did come in a mason jar "o0o0o" but their efforts at being unique (using vanilla extract) kind of ruined the flavor. Future reference to self: go to Philz in Cupertino... hahahaha (but it's hard to find decent cafes in the area, so if you must--then it's OK).
Y'all need to check out The Mill in SF. One of the best spaces I've been to in awhile. The weather was so nice it was almost too hot, but the high ceilings, open windows, bright walls made everything about this place lovable. No wifi :( , a Macklemore doppelgänger as a barista, and yummy coffee --plus they bake all their pastries and loaves of bread in house so it smells good too!
Craftsman-wolves to grab pastries for our second cafe pit stop. Adventures in #SF with @hhaus #craftsmanwolves #pastries
Peace out Bay Area-- in Los Angeles for the next few days! Hopefully satisfying a couple food cravings and of course some work here and there, I shall have to see!!!
My small group girls and I have made a promise: "no eating out for the rest of the week". Why? Honestly, I'm so sad because there is so much food to eat in this world, but money don't grow on trees and fat don't evaporate from the surface of our flesh. A big SIGH--This is not my first world problem.
Flowers received and flowers given. A weekend of goodbyes, see you later's and congratulations... I can't believe I'm done! I cant believe that we are all done-- class of 2013! Four years ago I remember the year 2013 was so foreign and far away, thinking what did I do committing to UC Davis. Now I am back home relaxing and recollecting before I am back in Davis for a little while to continue interning at one of my favorite workplaces. To all the memories, ups and downs, breaking and molding moments, Thank you God.
Pak Family: I love each of them to pieces and they've shown me the most grace & mercy any human possibly could. Thankful! <3
A day out in the fresh city of San Francisco. Home friends and Davis friends united, well, mostly just girl to girl shopping and grubbin' time. Spending time away from Davis even though we have so little time left in Davis- truly a bittersweet feeling. With endless goofy and 'trying to be' cute photos along with good food, coffee, buys, and company -- what a day away from our "home". Props to the boys for being good sports and sitting outside while we shopped..... Soweeee.
My room gets a beautiful amount of #sunlight during the afternoon hours. Decided to make these #dainty #decorations using fake #flowers & #recycledbottles
Making guacamole from scratch was difficult because my avocados were not yet ripe. Nonetheless my love for avocados, tomatoes, onions and chips made this a yummy finals snack. It just needed plenty of salt. Yumyumyum
