Most people may not be aware of it, but the ocean is actually the largest ecosystem on Earth. It’s common to assume that the ocean is endless and unaffected by human activities. But it is. It’s slowly, but surely, getting sick by the day.

We, as humans, have the ability to care for our marine friends. We, therefore, have the responsibility to protect them and safeguard their future alongside ours. By speaking up against the greed and threat of humans manifested in overfishing, plastic pollution, habitat destruction and more, we can educate people about the effects of their seemingly harmless actions to the environment. Water is the planet’s life support. Protect our oceans to protect our future.

Violence is never the answer. There is no such thing as a “good war”.

Countless innocent lives have been lost and continue to be lost because of the never-ending disputes between warring countries. And to top it off, these war victims suffer in silence while the majority of the world carry on with their comfortable lives. By using the power of social media, we can all help in our own little ways: from spreading awareness about what is happening in the war-torn parts of the world, to donating any amount to causes and organizations dedicated to help them. Let’s all pitch in to make the world a safer place for all human beings.

Filipino-made does not mean cheaply made. Filipino = Quality.

With so many other cultures taking the universal spotlight, such as Western and Korean cultures, it’s easy for our own to get overshadowed and even ignored. Contrary to popular belief though, countless brands are stepping up in all kinds of industries, from skincare to homeware—and they’re not only local, but sustainable and ethical as well! It’s about time that Filipinos explore their own, and discover the hidden gems within.

They are young. They are poor. And they deserve better.

Poverty is a prevalent issue all over the globe, more so in the Philippines. It’s easy to forget and neglect when you’ve never experienced it yourself, but it’s definitely real. The rich get richer, and the poor get poorer. Charity is no longer an option, but a necessity. Millions of Filipino families are deprived of basic needs and rights; children have little to no childhood. Spread the word and share their stories. Help their dreams come true.

here’s something greyscale; it’s doable but definitely not as simple as it looks 😅 brought to you by the round brush, eyedropper, and lots of patience ✨ kidding aside, i’m quite proud of this because i’m learning to trust darker colors and slowly push values.  i have this strange aversion to the mixer brush, i don’t know why.   maybe because i haven’t completely figured it out yet.
