This might be a little strange ask but could I ask for Ace, Zoro, Law, Luffy and Robin's reaction to meeting tsum versions of themselves with their s/o getting along with/gushing over it?
I played an event in a mobile involving this concept, and it was so funny and cute.
What a tsum plush looks like; https://ichiba-japan.com/en-ca/search?q=Mugi+mugi
I linked it to the one piece search results. If you're curious about each specific character's tsum plush, it'll also be on that site

── .✦ Ace:
Ace walks into your room and stops moving.
You sit on the floor with your back against the bed, surrounded by tiny plush toys… but not normal plush toys…. they’re tiny versions of him, with tiny hats, tiny freckles and tiny angry little eyebrows.
Tiny Ace everywhere.
One is sitting on your shoulder, one is in your lap and one is balanced on your head.
But worst of all, you’re kissing one on its tiny forehead.
Ace stares “…What the…”
You look up brightly “Ace! Look what I found!”
You hold one up with both hands like it’s gold treasure.
The plush stares at him with its little stitched face.
Ace points at it slowly “Why is it looking at me like that?”
“It looks exactly like you!”
“It looks cursed.”
“It looks adorable.”
“It looks smug.”
You gasp dramatically “Don’t insult him.”
“Him?!”
You hug the plush closer “He’s sensitive.”
Ace drops his bag near the door and walks closer carefully, like the tiny plushies might attack him.
“There are way too many…” he says with concern.
“There aren’t enough.”
“There are literally twelve.”
“Fourteen.”
Ace freezes “Fourteen?!”
You proudly point around the room “Kitchen Ace. Sleeping Ace. Angry Ace. Hat crooked Ace. Tiny criminal Ace—”
“Why is that one upside down?”
“He likes it.”
Ace rubs his face “I’m losing against dolls.”
“They’re not dolls.”
“Whatever they are.”
You grin and push one into his hands, Ace looks down at it and tiny Ace looks back.
“…Why’s it so round?”
“Because you’re cute.”
“I’m not cute.”
You snort loudly.
Ace narrows his eyes “Don’t start.”
“You carry bugs in your pockets because you feel bad for stepping on them.”
“That’s different.”
“You cried over a stray cat.”
“It was small.”
You lift another tsum “And now you’re small too.”
Ace groans.
You giggle and place three tsums on his shoulders and head.
He lets you do it for exactly three seconds before the one on his head falls into his face “…This one tried to kill me.”
“He just wants attention.”
“You are talking about them like they’re alive.”
You suddenly gasp “Oh my god.”
Ace looks alarmed “What now?”
You hold two tsums close together “They’re dating.”
Ace stares at you for a full five seconds in full disgust, then he laughs loud and warm.
You smile immediately at the sound.
“There is no way!” he says between laughs.
“There absolutely is.”
“They’re both me.”
“Exactly.”
Ace drops beside you onto the floor “You’re weird.”
“You like me.”
“…Unfortunately.”
You lean against his shoulder happily.
One tsum falls into his lap and Ace picks it up carefully this time “…Why’s this one wearing my hat wrong?”
“Because he’s baby.”
“You keep saying things that everytime make less sense than the time before.”
“You’ll understand when you become a parent.”
Ace nearly chokes “A WHAT?”
You point at the tsums seriously “They’re our children now.”
“Our—”
He looks around at the pile, then at you and then back at the pile “…I need to leave.”
You grab his arm before he can move “No, wait! This one is your favorite.”
“You decided my favorite?”
“Yes.”
You place the tiniest tsum in his hands.
This one has slightly crooked freckles and a little tilted smile.
Ace goes quiet.
“…Okay,” he mutters “maybe this one isn’t terrible.”
You grin triumphantly “I knew it.”
“Don’t get cocky.”
Too late because you already pull out another one and tell him softly “This one reminds me of you when you’re sleepy.”
“It literally has the same face as the others.”
“No, look closer.”
Ace squints “…This one looks stupid.”
You burst out laughing so hard you nearly fall sideways.
Ace watches you with a small smile, his eyes soften without him noticing.
You wipe tears from your eyes “I can’t believe you insulted him right to his face.”
“He started it.”
“The tsum did NOT start it.”
“It was judging me.”
“It’s you.”
“Exactly.”
You laugh again.
Ace leans back against the bed beside you.
The room becomes quieter for a moment, then he says “…You really like these things that much?”
You nod immediately “They’re cute.”
“Hm.”
“And they remind me of you.”
Ace looks away fast “Oh.”
You poke his cheek “You’re blushing.”
“I’m not.”
“You are.”
“It’s hot.”
“There’s snow outside.”
Ace clicks his tongue.
You smile softly and hold one tsum toward him again “Look. Tiny you is blushing too.”
Ace grabs the plush and lightly bonks your forehead with it “Stop using mini me against me.”
“Never.”
He sighs dramatically but he keeps holding the tsum.
You notice immediately and your smile turns softer this time “Ace...”
“What.”
“You like them now.”
“No.”
“You named one with your eyes.”
“I didn’t.”
“You absolutely did.”
Ace looks offended, then guilty and then annoyed because you’re right “…Maybe the crooked freckle one is okay.”
You gasp loudly “HE HAS BEEN CHOSEN.”
“Don’t yell.”
“He has a father now.”
Ace hides his face in one hand “Please stop talking.”
You lean closer with a teasing smile “You love him.”
“I tolerate him.”
“You love him.”
“…Maybe a little.”
You place a dramatic hand over your heart “AAAAH! This is the happiest day of my life.”
Ace snorts, then he notices something near your pillow “…Why is there one inside my hat?”
“Oh, that’s Hat Ace.”
“They all have hats.”
“No, this one specifically steals hats.”
Ace picks it up confused but carefully, a tiny paper hat is stuck beside it.
You proudly explain, “I made him his own hat so he stops stealing yours.”
Ace stares at the paper hat, then at you and then back at the tsum “…You made this?”
“Yeah.”
“…For a plushie?”
“Yeah.”
Ace suddenly laughs quietly again, soft and fond.
You blink “What?”
He shakes his head “Nothing.”
“No, tell me.”
He looks at you for a second too long, then he reaches over and flicks your forehead gently “You’re seriously too cute sometimes.”
Your face immediately warms “You can’t just say that so suddenly!”
“You started this whole thing.”
“That doesn’t mean you can attack me emotionally.”
Ace grins lazily “You were kissing mini me earlier.”
“Because he deserves love.”
“And I don’t?”
You open your mouth but pause. Then slowly lower the tsum.
Ace watches your expression change with amusement.
“Oh?” he says “No answer?”
“You can’t say stuff like that while looking pretty.”
“Pretty?”
“You heard nothing.”
Ace laughs again, then he leans closer until his forehead touches yours lightly.
“What if I’m jealous?” he murmurs.
You blink “Jealous of... yourself?”
“You’re holding them more than me.”
You stare at him, then at the tsums and then back at him “…You know what? Fair point.”
“Exactly.”
You grin suddenly and open your arms “Come here then.”
Ace raises an eyebrow “That easy?”
“Yep.”
He pulls you into his lap anyway.
The tsums get squished between both of you.
You gasp “The children!”
“They’ll survive.”
One tiny tsum falls onto Ace’s shoulder.
You point immediately “Look. He approves.”
Ace deadpans, “I’m throwing all of them into the ocean.”
“You wouldn’t hurt your sons.”
Ace buries his face into your neck to hide his laugh.
You smile warmly and wrap your arms around him tighter.
A few seconds pass quietly, then he says softly “…Can I keep the crooked freckle one?”
You grin so hard your cheeks hurt “I knew you’d become attached.”
“…You know,” he says slowly, “we should find their version of you next.”
You pause “Hm?”
He shrugs, suddenly looking weirdly shy “So they’ll have a lovely and beautiful partner too.”
Your entire body freezes.
Ace instantly realizes what he said “…Ah.”
You stare at him with wide eyes as his ears turn red.
“You’re blushing.” you whisper.
“Shut up.”
“You called me lovely.”
“I said nothing.”
“And beautiful.”
“You’re hearing things.”
You smile softly, the kind of smile that makes Ace suddenly unable to look directly at you.
“…Come here.” you mumble.
“What?”
Before he can react, you grab both sides of his face.
Ace blinks and then you dramatically kiss his forehead “Mwah.”
“…What are you doing?”
You kiss his left cheek “Mwah.”
“Hey!”
Right cheek “Mwah.”
“Aren’t you overdoing it a little?!”
His nose “Mwah.”
Ace starts laughing helplessly while trying to escape “You menace!”
Corner of his jaw “Mwah.”
His other cheek again “Mwah.”
“You’re attacking me!”
“You deserve it.”
“I say one romantic thing and suddenly I’m dying?”
You grab him tighter before he escapes and kiss every little spot across his face while he laughs harder and harder.
His freckles “Mwah.”
His chin “Mwah.”
Ace finally gives up fighting and just lets you hold him, smiling so warmly it makes your chest ache.
“There,” he murmurs softly “finished?”
You pretend to think about it seriously “…Almost.”
Then you lean forward one last time and kiss him properly on his lips, and it’s slow enough to make Ace melt immediately.
When you pull away, he stares at you quietly for a second.
Then he smiles, completely in love.
“…Okay,” he says softly “maybe the tsums can stay if this is the effect.”
── .✦ Zoro:
The first mistake is bringing the tiny plush onto the Sunny.
The second mistake is letting Zoro see how much you love it.
“Look at him!” You hold up the tiny tsum plush with both hands like it is treasure.
The plush has green hair, a little angry face, and even a tiny stitched scar over one eye… a tiny Zoro.
You almost squeal again.
“He’s so cute!” you whisper dramatically.
Across the deck, Zoro slowly looks up from his nap “…What?”
You walk closer and place the plush right in front of his face “This! Look! It’s you!”
Zoro stares at it, then at you and then back at it.
The silence grows.
Luffy pops up from nowhere first “SHISHISHI! Tiny Zoro!”
Sanji nearly drops the tray in his hands “Why does it actually look like him?! Even the stupid face!”
Chopper gasps loudly “It’s adorable!”
Usopp points “It even looks angry!”
Zoro’s eyebrow twitches “It looks nothing like me.”
You blink slowly and look at the plush and then back at him “…Zoro, it literally has your scar.”
“That means nothing.”
“It has your hair too.”
“A lot of people have green hair.”
“It looks grumpy.”
“I’m not grumpy.”
Everyone on deck immediately stares at him.
Zoro scowls harder “…Shut up.”
You burst out laughing.
The tiny plush sits in your palms while you gently squeeze its little sides.
“Oh no,” you say softly to the tsum “they’re bullying you already.”
“I’m standing right here.”
“You hear that?” you whisper to the plush “He sounds jealous.”
“I’m NOT jealous of a stuffed toy.”
Luffy grabs the tsum from your hands “Tiny Zoro can’t get lost because he fits in my pocket!”
“Oi, give that back before you lose it too.” Zoro says, takes it off from Luffy’s hands and gives it back to you.
“See?” you grin “You care about him.”
“I care about not hearing you cry over a dumb toy.”
You dramatically hug the plush to your chest “Don’t listen to him, little Zoro. You’re actually loved.”
Zoro groans loudly and lays back down “You’re ridiculous.”
Later that night, you sit in the men’s dorm room doorway while Zoro cleans his swords.
The tsum plush sits in your lap.
You poke its tiny face “Why are you so cute?”
Zoro sighs without looking up “You’ve been talking to that thing for hours.”
“You sound annoyed.”
“I am annoyed.”
You grin “So you really are jealous.”
“I said I’m not.”
“You’re losing against your own tsum.”
“I’m not competing with a toy.”
You hold the plush toward him “Look. Tiny you wants your attention.”
“No, he doesn’t.”
“Yes, he does.”
“No.”
You make the plush bounce slightly.
“Zoro,” you say in a tiny voice, pretending to be it, “please hold me.”
Zoro nearly chokes “Stop doing that.”
You laugh harder “Oh? Did I embarrass you?”
“No.”
“You’re all red.”
“I’m not.”
“You are.”
“I said I’m not!”
His ears are absolutely red.
You smile softly because it’s very cute. Especially because Zoro can fight monsters without fear, but one tiny plush somehow destroys him.
You carefully place the tsum on top of his head.
“There,” you say proudly “now there are two Zoros.”
“…Take it off.”
“No.”
“It’s going to fall.”
“It likes your hair.”
“That sentence makes no sense.”
You lean closer.
The plush really does look funny on him. Tiny angry Zoro sitting on top of big angry Zoro.
You start giggling again.
Zoro looks at you quietly for a second, then he suddenly grabs your wrist.
You blink “Hm?”
“You’re staring.”
“Because you look cute.”
The words leave your mouth too fast.
Zoro freezes and you freeze too. The room becomes painfully quiet.
“…I meant the plush…” you add weakly.
Zoro smirks slowly “Sure.”
Your face grows warm “You know what I mean.”
“Yeah,” he says “I do.”
Your heart beats faster.
He removes the plush from his head and looks at it carefully “…It really does look stupid.”
“You’re holding him carefully though.”
“I don’t want you whining if it gets damaged.”
“Awww.”
“Don’t start.”
You lean your chin onto his shoulder “But you’re being sweet.”
“I’m literally not.”
“You are.”
“You’re imagining things.”
“You held tiny you like a baby.”
“I did not.”
“You absolutely did.”
Zoro clicks his tongue and tries to ignore your teasing, but it doesn’t work.
“You know,” you mumble, “I just think tiny Zoro likes me more.”
Zoro finally looks directly at you “Oh?”
“Yeah. He lets me hug him whenever I want.”
“Does he now?”
“Mhm.”
“And what about the real one?”
You pause.
Zoro watches you carefully.
You suddenly become very interested in the plush again “Well… the real one is scary sometimes.”
“Hah.”
“But,” you continue quietly, “I like him more.”
The air changes immediately.
Zoro goes still as your cheeks feel hot.
You try to laugh it off “Don’t make that face. I’m just sayi—”
His hand moves behind your neck before you finish talking.
Your breath catches.
“Say it again.” he says softly.
You stare at him… even the plush in your lap cannot save you now.
“I…” you swallow “I like the real Zoro more.”
His thumb brushes lightly against your neck “Good.”
Your brain completely stops working for a second.
“That’s unfair…” you whisper.
“What is?”
“You can’t suddenly act smooth.”
A quiet laugh leaves him “You started this.”
“With the plush?”
“With calling me cute every five minutes.”
“You’re cute.”
“I’m going to throw that thing into the sea.”
You gasp dramatically and clutch the tsum “You monster.”
“You love annoying me.”
“Maybe a little.”
“Hm.”
He leans closer, enough that you stop breathing again.
“But you keep looking at me like that.” he murmurs.
Your voice comes out tiny “Maybe because I like you.”
Zoro’s eyes soften immediately and that somehow feels more dangerous than his swords.
“You’re trouble.” he says quietly.
“So are you.”
“Yeah.”
Then he kisses you, slow and warm.
Your fingers grab his shirt automatically while the plush gets squished between you both.
Zoro pulls back first and looks down “…The toy is staring at me.”
You burst into laughter against his shoulder “Oh my god.”
“It’s weird.”
“You’re jealous again!”
“I’m not jealous!”
“You literally interrupted the kiss to complain about tiny you!”
“Because his face is annoying me!”
You hold up the tsum beside your face.
Zoro sighs deeply, but then he steals another quick kiss anyway.
“Happy now?” he mutters.
You smile brightly “Very.”
── .✦ Law:
You walk around the town with the idiot trio, aka Bepo, Penguin and Shachi.
It seems like there’s a celebration going on, so the town is full of stalls and games.
Then you hear Penguin gasps dramatically.
The three of you turn fast to look at him and he points at something behind you with his mouth still open in shock.
You turn slowly… kinda scared to see what’s going on.
Then you see it... a game stall.
But that’s not important at all.
Why?
Because between the plushies they give to whoever wins… you see it.
The tsum version of your captain and boyfriend.
The plush has his hat and a little smirky face. And there’s even another version with his grumpy face. It has his dark sideburns, and his short goatee too.
“I need them both.” you say with hunger in your eyes “They have to be mine.”
Penguin and Shachi exchange a worried look.
They know what it means when you do that face… especially when there's a game involved… especially when there's Law involved…….. especially when there's a cute plushie version of Law involved.
Bepo just follows you, already apologizing to the stall owner.
“Hey, what for these two?” You ask the vendor, pointing at the two tsums.
The man looks at you confused and disgusted at the same time, but you don’t even know why… maybe you don't even notice.
“You need ten rings on the bottles for one prize.”
“Easy.”
Penguin grabs your shoulder fast “NO. Don’t say that. Last time you said ‘easy,’ we almost got banned from an island.”
“That cannon game was rigged.”
“You blew up the cannon.”
“It was still rigged.”
The stall owner looks nervous now.
Bepo bows politely “Sorry in advance.”
Five minutes later, there are rings everywhere.
On the ground.
On the bottles… the wrong ones.
Around Penguin’s neck somehow.
And you are glaring at the game like it insulted your entire bloodline.
“How is this legal?” you complain.
“The bottles are crooked!” Shachi says dramatically.
“The rings are too light!” Penguin adds.
“The wind changed direction.” Bepo says quietly.
“There’s no wind, Bepo.”
“Oh. Sorry…”
You narrow your eyes at the plushies again.
The tiny tsum Law stares back at you with his stupid tiny smug face.
“I’m not leaving without them.”
The stall owner sweats “Please leave without them.”
“Never.” you compose yourself as if something just clicked in your mind and look at the man with a confused face “Why do you even have plushies of pirates?”
“They… They go well with kids nowadays… they like bad ugly pirates transformed into cute plushies.”
The three heart pirates gasp at that and they all try to block you.
You look at them in shock “Did he… did he just call my man ugly?”
Penguin and Shachi shake their heads fast but then you turn to Bepo who just nods.
You free yourself from their grip and you grab another ring “AAAAAH!”
Everyone freezes.
You put all your force into that throw but, of course, it goes to waste… just like the other 146 times.
The stall owner turns to you again “Listen, you can just pay me the plushies, without the game.”
You look at him like he just killed your family.
But before you can even say something you hear a familiar voice from your side, saying “How much for both?”
“OH MY GOD.” you drop to your knees so fast Bepo almost screams “They sound like him too.”
Penguin grabs Shachi violently, both trying so hard not to laugh.
Law sighs and then he gives the vendor the money he asked for. And the man gives him the two tsums.
“…I leave for twenty minutes.” Law says and examines the two plushies in his hands “…And… what exactly am I looking at?”
No one even answers him.
Bepo is still trying to stop you from demolishing that rigged game.
Until you feel someone grab your hands... it's Law, of course.
He puts one of the plushies in your hand and you calm down right away.
You carefully pick the tiny thing up with both hands and look at it. It fits perfectly in your palms. Its tiny hat is soft.
You gently poke its cheek “…Captain?”
“Oi.”
Bepo gasps softly “It answered…”
Law sighs again “I'm surrounded by idiots.”
You look at the real Law now and then you immediately hold the tsum up proudly in front of him “Captain, look.”
“I can unfortunately see it.”
“It’s you.”
“No, it’s not.”
The tsum keeps staring at him. Law stares back.
You suddenly hug the tsum to your chest and Law’s eyebrow twitches instantly.
You gasp dramatically “Captain, he loves me.”
“He’s a stuffed ball.”
You suddenly kiss the plushie and Law goes silent.
Shachi falls to his knees laughing “Oh my god, mini captain likes y/n more than real captain does.”
Law gives him a death stare and Shachi stops laughing immediately.
You keep smiling at the tsum like it personally invented happiness.
“You’re adorable.” you whisper to it.
Law crosses his arms “…I’m standing right here.”
“I know.”
“And you’re flirting with that thing.”
“It’s cute and fluffy.”
“I'm… my hat is fluffy too.”
The whole group freezes and Law freezes too.
You stare at him.
Penguin slowly whispers, “Did captain just call himself fluffy?”
“And cute…” Shachi whispers back.
Law looks like he wants to throw them into the sea.
You grin slowly “Oh? You think you’re cute?”
“Not what I said.”
“Sure...”
You hold the second tsum, the one with a grumpy face, beside Law’s face “…Wow. Same expression.”
Law grabs your forehead and pushes you away lightly “You’re annoying.”
“And you're fluffy.”
“I regret speaking.”
Penguin is fully crying now. Shachi is leaning on Bepo for support because he’s laughing too hard.
“You literally did.” you say while hugging both tsums against your chest protectively.
Law watches you carefully, then his eyes narrow a little “…You like those things that much?”
You look at him like he asked the dumbest question alive “Captain. They’re tiny versions of you.”
“They look stupid.”
“They look adorable.”
“They have my face.”
“Exactly.”
Law sighs deeply.
You hold the smiling tsum up again and gently squish its cheeks “Look at him. He’s just a little guy.”
“I’m not ‘just a little guy’.”
“You are now.”
Penguin wipes tears from his eyes “Captain got tsumified.”
“Don’t ever say that again.”
Then you suddenly stop smiling and stare at the smiling tsum again.
Your expression softens completely “…He really does look cute.”
Law looks at you and for a second his expression changes a little. Softer and quieter.
“You’re way too happy over this.” he mutters.
“I can’t help it.”
You rub the tsum’s tiny fluffy hat against your cheek and instinctively kiss it.
Law watches that too and he speaks again, lower but not enough because you all heard it “…You have the real one in front of you.”
You blink.
Penguin slowly turns toward Shachi with the most shocked face ever “Did captain just ask for affection?”
“Historic day… historic day.” Shachi whispers.
Law instantly glares at both of them “Shut up.”
You smile slowly and walk closer to him “Aw. Are you jealous of the tsum?”
“I’m not jealous of a stuffed toy.”
“You sound jealous.”
“I’m not.”
“Then why are you staring at him like that?”
“Because you kissed it.”
“And?”
The entire group goes dead silent again.
Law realizes what he just said and what he was about to say as his eyes widen just a little “…Forget that.”
But you’re already grinning way too hard “Oh my god.”
“Don’t start.”
“You’re jealous of yourself.”
“I’m leaving.”
Before he can actually walk away, you grab his sleeve “Wait.”
Law looks down at you.
You hold the smiling tsum up between you both “If this is the effect they have on you…Can we buy more?”
Law immediately starts walking away again “No.”
“But captain!”
“No.”
“What if there’s a tiny Bepo too?”
Bepo gasps hopefully.
Law walks faster.
You smile and turn to the others while following Law “See you later guys! I'm gonna go kiss the real one!”
A tiny bit of pink appears on Law's ears but he doesn’t turn back.
Once you're both alone in his studio he finally turns to face you again.
You smile softly and walk closer to him. Then you lean up and kiss the real Law on the cheek.
“There. Better?”
Law freezes for half a second as his ears gey pinker.
You laugh quietly and tug his coat a little closer.
“Honestly…” you murmur, looking up at him warmly, “the real one is still cuter.”
Law goes still again but his eyes stay on you.
“…You’re impossible.” he says quietly.
“But you like me.”
“…Unfortunately.”
Then Law suddenly takes the grumpy tsum from your hands.
You blink in shock “What?”
He stares at the plushie for a second, then he presses it against your face “You missed one.”
You gasp dramatically “OH MY GOD YOU WANT THE TSUM KISS TOO!”
“I absolutely do not.”
Too late.
You grab the grumpy tsum and kiss it too “There. Now all the versions of you got kisses.”
Law shakes his head, but there’s the tiniest smile pulling at the corner of his mouth now.
Small but there.
You notice immediately “...Law.”
“What now.”
“You smiled.”
“I didn’t.”
“You did.”
“No.”
“Yes.”
Law grabs your face with one hand before you can keep talking, then he kisses you properly. Slow enough to shut you up instantly.
You melt into him.
When Law finally pulls away, your brain is still loading. He looks calmer now, meanwhile you look seconds away from exploding.
“…Wow.” you whisper weakly.
Law smirks a little “That shut you up faster than I expected.”
You stare at him and then at the tsums.
Then you put them carefully on his desk in a way that they are facing him whenever is on duty.
He watches you but says nothing.
You finally turn to him and jump on him in a hug.
He catches you and says “Are you finally done with them?”
You look at him and smirk “I knew you were jealous of them.”
You don't even give him the time to reply back that your lips are against his in a kiss full of love.
── .✦ Luffy:
The Thousand Sunny is quiet for once.
Well… quiet for the Sunny.
Usopp and Chopper are arguing somewhere outside about bugs. Sanji is cooking dinner while yelling at them to stop screaming near the kitchen. Brook is humming softly. The sea moves gently around the ship.
And you are sitting on the couch, half asleep.
Then—“Y/N!!!”
You jump.
The door SLAMS open.
Luffy rushes inside at full speed, almost slipping on the floor. He laughs loudly while holding something behind his back “You gotta see this!”
You blink at him “Luffy, what happened?”
“It’s important!”
“You said that last time and it was just a weird-shaped potato.”
“It was important.”
He walks closer with the biggest grin on his face. His eyes sparkle with excitement like he found treasure.
You stare at him suspiciously “Why are you smiling like that?”
“Because I found something super good!”
“What is it?”
“Nope.”
“Luffy.”
“Nope!”
He spins around dramatically, protecting whatever is behind his back.
You narrow your eyes “Did you steal food again?”
“Hey! I don’t steal food. I borrow… forever.”
You laugh a little.
Luffy immediately points at you “See? You don’t really hate it.”
“That’s because you’re ridiculous.”
“I know!”
Then he finally swings his arm around and drops something into your lap.
“…Huh?”
You freeze.
It’s a tiny plushie. A tiny, round, soft plushie. A tiny, round, soft Luffy plushie.
You stare at it silently.
The plush is small and squishy, with little black hair sticking out everywhere, tiny embroidered scars, and an even tinier straw hat sitting on top.
It looks unbelievably cute.
Your brain stops working for a second.
Luffy leans down into your face immediately “Right?! RIGHT?!”
“Oh my god.”
“I KNOW!”
You pick it up carefully with both hands like it’s sacred treasure “It’s so tiny…”
“And fat!”
“He looks so stupid.”
“He DOES!”
You burst into laughter.
Luffy laughs too, way too loud, pointing at the plush version of himself “Look at his face! Why’s he smiling like that?!”
“He looks like he ate all the meat on the ship.”
“That means it really looks like me!”
You squeeze the plush gently “…It’s adorable.”
Luffy gasps dramatically “I KNEW YOU’D LOVE HIM!”
“Him?”
“Yeah! Tiny me!”
You look down again.
The plush’s little smile somehow feels very Luffy. Cute and dumb and warm all at once.
Your expression softens immediately.
“Oh no.” you mumble.
“What?”
“I’m attached already.”
Luffy grins so hard his cheeks puff out “Good! Because I got him for you!”
You look up fast “Wait really?”
“Yeah!”
“You bought this for me?”
“Mhm!”
Your chest feels warm instantly “You were gone for like two hours… because of this?”
“I just saw it in a shop and thought about you!”
“That’s actually really sweet.”
“I’m sweet all the time.”
“You ate my dessert yesterday, that wasn’t sweet of you.”
“I was hungry...”
You snort, then you look back down at the plush again, thumbs brushing over the tiny straw hat.
“He’s so cute.” you whisper.
Luffy suddenly climbs onto the couch beside you, nearly crushing you with how fast he moves.
“Right?! I saw him and went ‘that’s me!’ then I went ‘Y/N likes cute things!’ then I went ‘I GOTTA BUY IT!’”
“You really thought all that?”
“Mhm!”
“That’s impressive.”
“Don’t sound so surprised.”
You smile softly, then you hold the plush closer to your chest “…Thank you, Luffy.”
He goes quiet for a second, then his smile changes a little “You really like it?”
“I love it.”
That makes him happier than finding treasure.
You can literally see it happen as his whole face lights up “I WIN!”
“This isn’t a competition.”
“It is now!”
Before you can answer, he grabs the plush from your hands.
“Look!” he says proudly, holding it beside his face “We match!”
You stare and then you immediately start laughing again “Oh my god.”
“What?!”
“You actually do!”
Tiny plush Luffy has the same dumb grin, same messy hair, and same chaos energy somehow.
Luffy beams proudly “See?”
You reach over and squish his cheeks with one hand “You’re both cute.”
Luffy freezes “…Cute?”
“Very.”
His ears turn slightly pink.
You notice instantly “…Luffy.”
“Hm?”
“Are you blushing?”
“No.”
“You are.”
“I’m not.”
“You literally are.”
He looks away dramatically “Maybe the room’s hot.”
“It’s nighttime.”
“Maybe you’re hot.”
You blink.
Luffy blinks too.
Then realization slowly hits him “…Wait.”
You burst out laughing while he hides his face in his arms.
“I DIDN’T MEAN IT LIKE THAT!”
“Sure you didn’t.”
“I DIDN’T!”
“You’re adorable.”
“STOP SAYING THAT!”
He sounds completely offended, which means he secretly likes it.
You lean back against the couch, still hugging the plush.
Luffy peeks at you through his fingers “You’re really happy?”
“Mhm.”
“More happy than with treasure?”
“…Maybe.”
He gasps dramatically “Tiny me beats treasure?!”
“Tiny you is powerful.”
“Heh.”
Then his eyes narrow suspiciously “…Do you like tiny me more than real me?”
You stare at him, then at the plush and then back at him “That depends.”
“WHAT?!”
“The plush doesn’t steal my food.”
“That’s fake news.”
“The plush also doesn’t scream directly into my ear at six in the morning.”
“I get excited!”
“The plush is easier to carry too.”
Luffy tackles you instantly “You’re mean!”
You laugh loudly as he drops against you, half laying on top of your body like a giant cat.
The plush gets trapped between both of you.
“Luffy!”
“You can’t replace me with tiny me!”
“I’m not replacing you!”
“You better not!”
“But you’re way too heavy to carry around!"
“I’m not heavy.”
“You absolutely are.”
He just grins and presses closer anyway. Your fingers slide into his hair automatically.
Luffy immediately melts.
His eyes half close.
“You’re petting me.”
“You like it?”
“Mhm.”
“So clingy.”
“You like clingy.”
“…Maybe.”
His grin returns instantly “I knew it!”
You roll your eyes fondly.
Then you pick up the plush again and place it on Luffy’s head “There.”
He crosses his eyes trying to look at it “Can’t see him.”
“You look ridiculous.”
“Awesome.”
You gently fix the tiny straw hat.
Luffy watches your face carefully while you do it, like he likes seeing you smile more than anything else.
“You know,” you say softly, “this is probably the best gift I ever got.”
He lights up again “Really?!”
“Yeah.”
“But I didn’t even get you meat with it.”
“I don’t need meat for everything like you do.”
“If you say so...”
You laugh quietly.
Then Luffy suddenly grabs your hand. His thumb rubs against your fingers absentmindedly “You smiling like that makes me happy.”
Your heart nearly explodes “You’re unfair sometimes.”
“Huh?”
“You say cute things without warning.”
“I do?”
“Yes.”
“Oh.”
He thinks for exactly two seconds and then he smiles brighter “Good.”
You stare at him helplessly.
This idiot.
This sweet, loud, chaotic pirate.
You lean forward before thinking too hard and press a kiss to his cheek and Luffy freezes completely.
You pull back slowly “…Luffy?”
No answer.
“…Did you die?”
Then he suddenly grabs your face with both hands “Nope!”
And kisses you back on your lips. Messy and quick, but happy. Completely Luffy-like.
You laugh into the kiss while he grins against your lips like he just won another competition.
When he finally pulls away, he rests his forehead against yours “You kissed me first.”
“You sound proud.”
“I am.”
“You’re unbelievable.”
“Mhm.”
Then he flops sideways dramatically and drags you down with him until both of you are laying across the couch together.
The plush is squished safely between your chests.
Luffy wraps both arms around you immediately “You’re not allowed to move now.”
“That sounds illegal.”
“Too bad.”
You snuggle closer anyway.
His heartbeat feels warm under your cheek.
Tiny plush Luffy sits between you both like a proud little captain.
Luffy yawns sleepily and presses another small kiss into your hair “…Tiny me did a good job.”
You smile against him.
“Yeah,” you whisper “he really did.”
── .✦ Nico Robin:
The first mistake is showing it to Robin.
The second mistake is not realizing how much she’s going to love it.
“Robin…”
“Hm?”
You stand in the library doorway with both hands behind your back.
Robin looks up from her book and her eyes narrow slightly “That expression usually means trouble.”
“It’s not trouble.”
“It’s always trouble.”
“It isn’t.”
“It is.”
You grin.
Robin closes her book “Show me.”
“No.”
“Show me.”
“No.”
“Dear.”
“Okay, fine.”
You bring your hands forward.
A tiny plush Nico Robin stares back at her.
Round face. Little blue eyes. Small embroidered smile. Black hair… Tiny Robin.
Silence.
Robin blinks.
You blink.
Robin blinks again.
“...”
You immediately hug the plush against your chest “LOOK AT HER.”
Robin’s lips twitch.
You point dramatically “She’s so small.”
“...”
“Look at her little face.”
“...”
“She looks like she’s thinking about ancient history.”
“...”
“She probably knows where the One Piece is.”
Robin covers her mouth.
You catch it “You’re smiling.”
“I’m not.”
“Robin...”
“I’m simply observing.”
“You’re smiling.”
“A little.”
You hold the plush up.
Tiny Robin stares at real Robin.
The two Robins face each other.
Robin studies it carefully, then she gently takes it from you.
Very gently. Like it is something fragile.
“Oh no.”
“What?”
“You’re attached already.”
“I’m not.”
She immediately starts brushing a finger over the plush’s hair.
You point “Attached.”
“I’m examining it.”
“Attached.”
“Examining.”
“Attached.”
Robin sighs “I may be slightly attached.”
You gasp “I KNEW IT.”
A few minutes later, Robin is sitting in her usual chair.
The plush Robin is sitting on her lap.
You notice.
Robin notices you noticing.
“...”
“...”
“...”
“Don’t say anything.”
“I wasn’t going to.”
“You were.”
“I was...”
Robin smiles “You’re impossible.”
You walk over and sit beside her.
The plush is unbelievably soft.
You poke its cheek “Look at this.”
Robin pokes it too “It’s very cute.”
“Very cute?”
“Very.”
You dramatically place a hand over your heart “Robin admitted something I gave her is cute.”
“It happens.”
“Once every ten years. You usually dye inside but say nothing.”
Robin laughs softly.
The sound makes you smile.
A few minutes later, things become worse, because Robin starts giving the plush voices. Very calm voices, like herself.
You almost fall off the couch laughing.
Tiny Robin sits on the table.
Robin moves it slightly.
“‘Good afternoon.’”
You immediately answer.
“‘Good afternoon, Miss Robin.’”
Robin continues.
“‘I have discovered an ancient civilization.’”
You nod seriously.
“‘Amazing. How large was it?’”
Robin looks at the plush.
“‘Approximately this tall.’”
You burst out laughing.
Robin’s smile grows.
The library door opens and Nami walks in.
She stops and looks at Robin and then she looks at the plush and then she looks at you to ask “...What is happening?”
being a writer has made me realize how hard it is for writers to update their fics or just continuously post… I’m never complaining about an unfinished fic ever again.

The Touch of Life
Luffy x Reader
The sun was high over the Thousand Sunny, casting long, warm shadows as it danced on the waves. The air was filled with the usual sounds of life on the sea — creaking wood, flapping sails, and the distant screech of seagulls circling overhead.
And laughter.
Always laughter when Luffy was around.
But just beyond the edge of that sound, sitting cross-legged near the mast with your hands folded tightly in your lap, was you. Watching. Listening. Smiling when they smiled. But never getting close. Not really.
You didn’t wear gloves — not because you wanted to be reckless, but because nothing helped. Fabric decayed under your fingers just like everything else. Cotton turned to dust, leather cracked and rotted, even metal could rust away in your grip if given time. And people? Skin turned to ash. Bones crumbled. Life shriveled.
You didn’t need the reminders. Gloves only made it feel worse.
The Devil Fruit you had eaten — the Shibotsu Shibu no Mi — was more of a curse than a blessing. Anything you touched with your bare hands decayed. People called it powerful. Useful in battle. Terrifying.
You called it lonely.
So you kept your hands clasped. Always. It was your quiet rule. The crew understood. They’d seen what happened the first time you lost control. Brook had only chuckled good-naturedly after you accidentally grazed his sleeve, saying, “Yohoho! Good thing I have no flesh, or that might’ve hurt!” But the tattered edge of his coat still made you nauseous with guilt for days.
They all understood. They respected your space. But you still saw the glances. Felt the hesitation when a high-five was missed or when your cup was taken with a napkin.
Except for Luffy.
Luffy never looked at you like that. He never feared you.
He just… listened.
Like the time you sat beside him on the deck in the dark, unable to sleep, and whispered about what it felt like — to only know the cold of lifeless things. He didn’t say much, just stared at the moon for a while before saying with a gentle grin, “That sucks. But you’re still you, and I like you.”
And that was that.
Now, after Wano, after everything — Kaido, Yamato, the fire festival — things should have calmed. But something had changed.
Luffy was stronger. Brighter. His presence crackled like lightning now. Gear 5 had transformed him into something otherworldly — laughter incarnate, joy made flesh. But he was still Luffy. Still the same boy who offered his seat to you at dinner and saved the last meat bun when he remembered you liked them.
You hadn’t noticed how close he’d gotten during today’s sparring match with Zoro, bouncing around in Gear 5. The deck was a blur of movement, and the others were cheering, and you were watching him — and then he stumbled.
Right into you.
He crashed forward with his usual lack of grace, arms flailing — and before you could back away or yell or stop it —
his hand caught yours.
Bare skin on bare skin.
Time stopped.
Your heart seized in your chest. You felt the familiar buzz of your Devil Fruit roar to life, ready to devour the thing you touched — and then…
Nothing happened.
No rot. No decay. No crumble of cells or dust or death.
Just… warmth.
Your fingers trembled in his grip. You stared at your joined hands like they were something alien.
Luffy blinked. “Oh, sorry!” he said, pulling back slightly, but not all the way. “Didn’t mean to—uh…” He paused, eyes flicking to your wide, shocked expression. “Wait… you’re not…?”
“I…” Your voice cracked. Your hands opened and then closed again. “I didn’t… kill you.”
Luffy looked down at your hands still touching. “Heh. Guess not.”
You stared at him, chest tight, your vision swimming. The warmth was still there. His skin was warm — not crumbling, not withering — alive.
Your throat tightened, and your hands suddenly clutched his.
“I can feel it,” you whispered. “You’re warm. You’re real. You’re not—” Your voice broke. “You’re not dying.”
Luffy tilted his head. “Well, yeah. I mean, I’m not planning on it today.” He laughed lightly. “That’d suck, right?”
You let out a shaking breath — half a sob, half a laugh. “Luffy…”
His smile faded a bit, and his voice softened. “...You okay?”
You nodded too quickly, but tears still spilled from your eyes. “I’ve never touched someone like this. Never held anyone. I’ve only ever felt the cold of death. And now…” You clenched his hand like a lifeline. “Please. Can I have a hug?”
Luffy blinked once — then twice — and then grinned so widely it hurt.
“Of course you can!”
And without hesitation, he wrapped his arms around you.
You gasped — not from fear, not from dread — but from warmth. Pure, unfiltered warmth. It hit you like a wave, like fire, like life. His heartbeat thumped against your chest, his arms solid and kind and alive around you.
You sobbed into his shoulder.
From the upper deck, the rest of the crew had gone silent. No one interrupted. No one said a word. Not even Sanji lit his cigarette.
Because they all understood what this moment meant.
And for the first time in your cursed, decaying life — you weren’t killing someone.
You were holding on.
You didn’t know how long you stayed in his arms.
Maybe minutes. Maybe hours. The ocean breeze brushed across your skin, cool and clean, but all you felt was him — the warmth of his chest, the steady rhythm of his heart, the softness of his voice when he murmured, “It’s okay,” over and over.
It was more than okay.
It was the first time you weren’t afraid of your own hands.
Eventually, your tears slowed, and you pulled back, just enough to see his face. His eyes were bright, full of that same unfailing faith that had pulled him through warlords and emperors and hell itself.
“You’re really not scared of me,” you whispered.
He gave you that sunny grin — all teeth and sunshine. “Nah. I never was.”
“But now,” you said, glancing down at your joined hands again, “I can touch you. I can hold you. I thought… I thought I’d never get to do that in my whole life.”
Luffy tilted his head like he didn’t see the big deal. “You’re my nakama. Why wouldn’t I let you hold me?”
You laughed, watery and raw. “Because I used to kill everything I touched, Luffy.”
He scratched his chin, clearly thinking. “Hmm. Maybe Gear 5 makes me different now. My body’s all rubbery and weird — like, freedom-weird.” He grinned. “Maybe even your Devil Fruit can’t tell me what to do anymore.”
You blinked. “Wait… you think you’re immune because you’re… free?”
He nodded confidently. “Yep. I can do anything now. Even hug my cursed friend.”
You blinked once.
Then again.
And for some reason, that made sense.
Not scientifically, not logically, but Luffy-sense.
And you found yourself laughing — really laughing, full-belly, shoulders-shaking laughter that had you leaning into his chest again. He laughed with you, his arms still around you like it was the most natural thing in the world.
From the upper deck, the rest of the crew finally exhaled.
Zoro sheathed his sword with a quiet grunt. “Took him long enough.”
Sanji wiped his eyes with a sleeve and muttered, “Damn onions.”
Nami just stood there, lips parted slightly. “She… she’s touching him. And he’s okay.”
Robin’s voice was soft, thoughtful. “It makes sense. Gear 5 allows Luffy to embody the impossible. Perhaps her power doesn’t apply to him anymore.”
“Then does that mean…” Usopp leaned forward over the railing, eyes wide. “She can hug people now?!”
“No,” Robin said gently. “She can hug Luffy.”
Franky adjusted his shades, unusually quiet. Even Chopper had tears in his eyes, tail swishing slowly.
Brook sniffled, though no tears came. “Yohoho… she deserves this. She really does.”
Later that night, the Sunny was quiet. The stars above shimmered over the gentle waves, and you stood at the rail, looking down at your hands.
You didn’t hold them tightly anymore. They were open now. Relaxed.
And warm.
“You’re thinking again,” Luffy’s voice said behind you.
You didn’t flinch when he stepped closer. You didn’t back away.
“Am I allowed to?” you teased softly.
“Only if you don’t cry again. I’m not good with sad stuff.”
You smiled and looked over your shoulder. “I was just wondering… if this only works on you, or if it’s the start of something bigger.”
He scratched the back of his head. “Dunno. Want me to get Chopper to poke you with a stick?”
You laughed again — gods, you were laughing so much now — and shook your head. “No. I don’t want to test this on anyone else. Not yet.”
“Then don’t.”
You blinked.
He stood beside you now, leaning on the railing. “You’ve got time. You’re here, and we’re not going anywhere. So you don’t have to rush.”
You stared at him.
That grin of his could power a whole island.
“Besides,” he added, turning to face you. “You’ve got me. And you can touch me anytime you want.”
Your heart stuttered.
“Luffy…”
His hand found yours again, and he laced your fingers together.
Warm. Alive. Safe.
“You’re not a curse,” he said. “You’re not poison. You’re you. And I’m really glad you’re with us.”
The wind carried your answer away, but it didn’t matter.
Because this time, for once, you weren’t thinking about how much you’d ruin.
You were thinking about what you could finally hold onto.
