Needling Advantage // Kris&&Hoya
So Kris needed a day off, from all of the crazy things that have happened since he started Jeonjin.
Most of the drama he was avoiding was caused by himself but that’s not the point here. The point was, Kris needed a break. He decided this when he woke up and his arm twinged with pain from when he banged it getting his new couch into the apartment. He did his usual morning routine, deciding to check out the other places on and beyond campus by himself.
So about two hours later, moisturizing properly is important for healthy skin and it takes a while okay, he found himself wandering around the mall. He was dressed casually, canvas american flag converse a splash of colour to his otherwise black outfit, heavy wool coat with shiny silver buttons keeping him warm against the late winter chill.
Kris felt himself getting a bit nervous, a few second glances from people he expected, being over six feet tall and blonde often caught people’s attention. Usually Kris thrived on positive attention, but now it was just grating on him. After shopping around and picking up a few things he liked, he ventured to the food court, paper bags in tow.
It was bustling, people everywhere and the chatter almost drown out Kris’s own thoughts. He could feel his palms start to sweat as he clung to the strings on his bags, regretting his decision to get something to eat almost immediately. But he was already here, and some stubborn part of his brain made him start to look through the stands to find something suitable. Most of the shops were Korean, obviously, but Kris didn’t feel like eating that in particular today. He sighed, stopping and rubbing the bridge of his nose to and stem a headache.
This was not the break he wanted today.
Today felt like a day to be lazy for Hoya. First off, we have the winter that makes you want to stay in all day to avoid the hassle of wearing layers of thick clothing, socks, boots, snow caps, ear muffs and scarves, knowing it will already take time to actually wear them. And to go out with it is something that Hoya couldn’t even bother to imagine. Everything on him would feel so heavy and the fact that he would still be a little chilled by the air would make it seem whatever he specifically wore just to weather the storm totally redundant in the end. So today, he decided that he would not go out and stay in the dorm the whole day doing his all time favourite indoor hobbies.
Though unfortunately for him, this was not the right time to feel this way. Hoya's dorm lacked supplies -- food, most of all. He needed to go out and head for the convenience store to restock them. He tries to suppress his groan with all his might as he wore the clothes that are acquired to face this season. He then make sure that he brought enough money because he did not want to go back and go for a second round. He also brought his trusty backpack, just in case it was too troublesome to hold all the things in his hands, though the artist doubted that he would buy that many stuff. But again, he can be wrong, considering that he did lack supplies. So he quickly set off, hoping to quickly come back, too.
"To think that I needed you most today.." Hoya said to himself, not bothering to hide his groan now. He felt that the world was against him or something because everything was not going the way he wanted today. First, he wanted to be lazy and not go out but his lacked supplies did not allow that. Now, the nearest convenience store just had to close on him. After being depressed for a moment or two in front of the shut outlet, he then turned to the left and followed a trail that would eventually lead him to Jeonjin Mall, which was the closest next to the aforementioned shop. It was a safe choice, really, for there would be a lot of shops there and it would not close on anyone. Still, if only the snow was not pouring so hard today or else there would be available taxis that Hoya could hitch a ride on. It still annoyed him at how he has to go through all the trouble to get things, though.
This was not the break he wanted today.
