M1 - hard boiled eggs, cauliflower rice, zucchini, avocado
M2 - porkchop, cauli rice, zuch and sweet potato
M3 - meat sauce with zoodles
Normal, nothing to report. Was hungry between meals and had a blueberry rx bar. Had some bubbles in tummy but nothing bad.

M3 -pork chop, smashed red potatos, steamed broccoli and grilled cauliflower
Woke up super early, but felt normal, nothing to report.

How I felt: Great workout in the AM! Around 2-3pm Felt so heavy! So many bubbles in my stomach. I think i ate too many different things. Need to keep it simple. Protein, Veggie, Fat. After I dank some Kombucha i felt much better, almost instantly!
