It's with a heavy but hopeful heart that I watch Palestinian families fundraiser on here, slowly accumulating the precious little money to go around that they need to survive. However, not everyone is so lucky. A lot of Palestinians that have not had that kind of luck, that did not get early verification, that did not get massive platforms behind them from large bloggers, have approached me in my inbox, asking me kindly to do what I can for them. It kills me that I have so little to give myself, but I've seen this platform collectively raise enough to change someone's life. I've made a list of Palestinian fundraisers that are extremely low on funds, in the hope that drawing attention to people who have not been lucky at all can help turn that luck around. I know most of us can't possibly give enough to get all of these families safe in one go. But please, reblog this list. Pick one or two fundraisers, give what you can, and then keep track of it. remaking this post because the last one lost traction. thank you first of all to everyone who helped us raise funds (from £887 to £1,372) but she and her family is still very far from their goal! Renad's fundraiser is vetted by Hussein here in his masterpost (her family is #128 on the list).

Renad is a 24 year old midwife who had spent the past years after her graduation working at multiple hospitals such as Al-Quds and Al-Shifa. She wants to evacuate her family of seven, three of whom have since fallen sick, and also to continue her master's degree to help more mothers and newborns. here’s her gofundme link

Regardless of how this ceasefire proposal agreement is going to go, I have to say that it is mind blowing how Israel had spent billions of dollars on weapons and propaganda with the aim of destroying the Palestinian spirit. Yet, looking at my TV screen now and seeing how the people of Gaza are full of hope, dancing and chanting in anticipation of a ceasefire, really shows how Israel continues to fail miserably. This shows us all that there is nothing, absolutely nothing, Israel can do that would actually break the will of Palestinians, ever.
