Another great experience last Friday. We where invited to bring the Junior Rap Crew into @republicofwork on the South Mall to be interviewed by @cocomairead on her @todayfm lunch time show. The #youngpeople spoke about their recent rap video about “if the internet disappeared” that was created for a @trendiskf_ie competition that they won. When asked by Mairead what would be the one thing the young people would change about the internet, they said the “bullying”. Mairead Ronan also made the important point that by being a member of @youthworkireland and spending an hour at the rap group, that is one hour of their day that they are not on their phones. Thanks to Mairead and Today FM for the interview. Shoutout to Ava too for volunteering to come along with us and being a great help. Of course this would not be possible without @ywicork , Cork ETB , @musicgencc , Garry from @gmcbeats & @thekabinstudio . #youthwork #youthworkworks #youthworkchangeslives #youthempowerment #connected #support #music #charity #rap #fm (at Republic Of Work) https://www.instagram.com/p/B8qYrLJp45xPmiXqk4bHbrM4xXRnBMOeMN3Yw80/?igshid=1ryw1bs8vgv3h
