             ON WRIT OF CERTIORARI TO THE UNITED STATES COURT OF                                        APPEALS FOR THE SECOND CIRCUIT

JUSTICE GINSBURG delivered the unanimous opinion of the Court.

     This case presents an important question concerning the operation of the Constitution’s Emoluments Clauses. Citizens For Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (“CREW”)  maintains that the Facist Cheeto has failed to take any precautions necessary to avoid his conflicts of interest and has therefore committed many violations of both the Foreign and Domestic Emoluments Clauses of the Constitution.

     The Court of Appeals affirmed the District Court’s order finding that the Orange Creamsicle’s business interests do violate both clauses and granting an injunction barring Donald from violating the clause further.  We agree.

     For this reason the judgment of the Court of Appeals is affirmed.

It is so ordered.
