As someone who has so far only watched german Requiem gameplay...

WHY DOES ENGLISH GIDEON SOUND LIKE THAT😭

No hate towards the voice actor or anything, but as someone who is so used to his german voice, his English voice just sounds weird😭 its still a really nice voice, I just feel like if I ever get my hands on the game I will play in german....

Ugh german and English voice acting for this game is so good🍀😩🙏🏻 I can't stop saying it. Especially Grace

Also edit: watching more English gameplay, for me personally English Gideon sounds more like normal guy who does evil while german Gideon sounds more like weird villain

So as said before, I really love Grace's voice. Both in english and in german. I don't know either of the voice actors personal life situation so this might sound weird-

That scream when her mother gets murdered in front of her....

I feel like this gets talked about a lot, but thats because its so good...

As someone who has lost a parent, I know that scream. I have screamed that scream. I have felt it deep inside my bones.

It makes me want to cry every time I hear it because it just hits so hard. Because for the first time in any videogame, I really feel like the game gets it. It makes me feel seen...

Sure, other games have great voice acting too. But man, that scream.... Just pure emotion. Like they had actually taken the actress and murdered her mother in front of her.

So as I said, don't know anything about the voice actors personal life, so I don't know if that scream was just raw talent or came from somewhere deeper inside... but nevertheless, I am so fucking impressed...
