I wanted to create something that reflects common things from Ofrendas (alters) that families make for remembering those that have passed. We all have experienced grief in some form through the pandemic and have lost someone close or know someone who has had losses. I felt like this would be a good way to remind ourselves to not forget our loved ones, carry on their memories, and celebrate the times we had with them or the impact they made on us.
