How inspiring is Markipkier?
One of my favorite things about the You're Welcome Tour, I was at the Nashville show, was during the Q&A when a fan admitted to @markiplier that he inspired her to become a blacksmith. Our initial reaction was awe and laughter that he found the blacksmith, but thinking about it now it still makes me smile just a little more. To most it is such a small joke that we still get a few chuckles out of, but to her it held so much more. She decided that out of that she would make it her profession. And honestly I find that inspiring. Mark, no matter what he does, sparks something within his fans. Whether it is hope, a new sense of self-worth, inspiration, or whatever you need in your life, he is likely to do it.
And also, I feel awful after hearing that he almost collapsed during the show. I saw the moment he noted, and I honestly didn't know that that was him struggling. He played it off really well. But I'm glad he's okay. Now if only he'll get into his head that we care more about his health than our own entertainment.
So shout out to Markimoo and the blacksmith girl. And Dan. He was the real MVP of the night.
