I recently have made some small but significant shifts in my lifestyle.
- attempting to drink a gallon of water a day. I fall short but I’m still drinking 3x the amount of water I was before
- I purchased a Fitbit and it’s helped me tremendously with checking on my health and how active I am through the day. It also tracks my sleep (Big Brother) which is dope because we know sleep is so important for gains.
- working out atleast twice a week. My focus now is high reps with low weight. I’m running a 10-11 minute mile now 👏🏾✅ my workouts are short now; about 45 minutes to an hour. I don’t try and work out every muscle I own. I’ll pick a section of muscles (shoulders, arms, legs) and just focus on that particular group.
- making sure I walk atleast 10k steps a day. Working at a desk can really stifle daily exercise. I also am intentional about taking the stairs and even parking further away to walk.
- I am still juicing and I only eat chicken and fish.
