Finally back in the Gi. One day per week to work out Pysical kinks like breathing and rolling, lack of mobility in weird spots.
I hate to say it but I’m leaning on lower belts for the first month until I “get back on my feet” gas wise.
Funny to sit in my friend Shawn’s class, watch him teach and Download Info that’s been in my head dormant for as long as I’ve been out.
I’m having a bit of fun and feels good to be back with the community that’s served me for so long.

Easier times. It's been a while since I should have wrote this post. But I don't like to speak on something when I have a hot head head.
I no longer am a co owner at Elevate Judo. For a lot of reasons but mostly because in order build something great as a collective there needs to be trust and respect.
I'm happy that I was able to lend a helping hand in developing and furthering Martial Arts in New England and building up a number of fantastic human beings who I was fortunate enough to call my students. And to my former students, I'm excited to see you grow. My door is always open to you all.
As for my former colleagues: Nothing really to say other than I wish you both well.
As for me: it's just me and Jiu-Jitsu again.. easier times, sealed and signed.
Playing with one hand in my belt with my students. 😬
