Announcement + Call for Help

Hi everyone!

So, I’ve had a lot to think about recently. For those not in the know, the reason for the hiatus is that I lost 2 people close to me within the say 2 days, and I was one of the people in charge of helping get things together for them. Recently, I was finally able to get things started again, but I then lost another family member, which kind of knocked my legs out from under me.

I’ve come to the conclusion that, without help, the shows we’re running- DaaLP, Eyeris, and Jupiter Finch -will need to be cancelled. I can’t keep up with how things are going, and it’s unfair to those I work with to keep them bound in such an obligation.

So, the bottom line is this: I’m doing a final call for audio editors and writers. If all goes well, and I get the help I need, I will then put out auditions for roles when we need them. If I don’t get the help, then unfortunately we will need to cancel the shows.

If you’d be interested in either a audio editor position or a writer position, please shoot me an email at [email protected] with what show you’d be interested in helping with. For this, that’s all you need to do for now; its just to gauge interest. I’ve been told by some of the current VAs that they might be able to help for both Eyeris and Jupiter Finch, so DaaLP currently needs the most help.

Either way, thank you so much for sticking with us over the years; its been slow, but its been fun, and I really can’t imagine what I would’ve been doing without this network.
