Can't get tired of these afternoon and evening skies.
When the product owner says that no one cares about style bugs:
It me.
Take two sick days at Starbucks and you get hell in a candy shell.
Kendrick Lamar performs onstage during The 58th GRAMMY Awards at Staples Center on February 15, 2016 in Los Angeles, California.
This was an amazing performance.

Bey looks like a superhero.
Funny. To me, mechanical watches are what’s wrong with an industry that stopped any tangible innovation or improvements decades ago. What about you (people who don’t wear watches at all need not apply)—do you own or plan to get an Apple Watch? Or will you stick with mechanicals?
I don’t care much about the watch industry, honestly. To me, mechanical watches are a kind of engineering magic – specifically automatic watches. They power themselves based on nothing more than kinetic energy and cleverness. I’ve got a Seiko 5 that I love, and I still think Nomos’ models are things of beauty. I’d be interested in adding more to my collection, except I haven’t work my Seiko since getting an Apple Watch Sport on the device’s launch day.
A few weekends ago, I sold my Apple Watch Sport (aluminum) and bought a gently used Apple Watch (stainless steel) as a little upgrade. It’s just as comfortable, looks great to me, and lets me do all kinds of other magic stuff, like checking the weather, replying to my wife, and checking my daily to-do list.
Two kinds of magic from two kinds of devices. That’s pretty awesome. Just don’t wear one of each.
In summary, functional design enables people. Beauty signals respect and worth. To give people beautiful and functional design is to empower them. The gift of empowering others makes you a force of nature.
