🌼check on them, talk to them, ask them what’s wrong/what happened!
🌼offer to turn on their favorite show or movie
🌼give pats or run a hand through their hair
🌼huggggssssss!!
🌼make them a tiny meal with their favorite foods and snacks!
🌼read or tell them a happy story
🌼run them a nice warm bath, get some bubbles and toys !
🌼tickle or play peek-a-boo!!
🌼hold their hand
🌼ask them to draw or write what’s wrong
🌼bring their favorite stuffie or toy to them
🌼wrap them in a comfy blanket!!
🌼and maybe your baby just needs some time alone! let them have a nap if they need one!
🌼 and remember to always always always be there for your baby!! they always need your love and care in their dark times!
If you're feeling sad, make sure you talk to your caregiver so they can help!
reminder: It’s okay for age regressors to wear diapers too! 🍼 🌈
Don't feel ashamed if you use diapers or pull ups! Age regression is about finding a happy space when you're sad and staying in that happy space when you're feeling happy. Do whatever makes you comfortable during regression

• spend time with a loved one
• organize your room
• take a hot bath
• have a good cry
• hold a small ice cube in your hand
• make a list! (maybe of all your fav foods, movies, animals, etc.)
• do some online window shopping
• paint your nails
• put stickers all over yourself!
• break some fallen sticks/branches
• write out the lyrics to your favorite song(s)

• learn how to play an instrument
• take some personality tests
• eat something spicy
• throw around a pillow
• put school glue on your skin and peel it off

• dance as hard as you can
• try to count the hairs on your head

• instead of punishing yourself by harming, punish yourself by not harming
• chew on some ice
