ANYWAY it's time for character notes >:)

firstly, something about the character himself - Germany has been the same person since the first creation of unified German state, that being the German Empire. During the times of the Empire, "Germany" represented the government, his twin "G.E.", the monarchy. After World War One and the death of the Empire, only "Germany" remained. N@zi Germany is a seperate personification, as it was born out of a political party, but Germany is NOT his son. he also represented the ACC after WW2 and was physically split into two seperate people during the Cold War. The scar is a left-over from the reunification of the two bodies into one

the tattoo is a motive from the East German coat of arms - wheat/grains are a common symbol found in communist seals

his right horn was broken during the Cold War, when his body was split. Both sides only had one horn each, West G. had the left, East G. the right. East's horn was broken by the USSR, which did not revert back after reunification

as mentioned, he also has wings, even though they are not depicted here. They come from the Black Eagle present on Germany's coat of arms
