I don’t know if this is because of my bpd or if it’s something that happens across the spectrum of mental disorders but does anyone else feel like the severity of their triggers can vary from day to day or week to week or hour to hour depending on their mood and other factors? like idk sometimes I’m not bothered by my triggers at all and then the next day I can’t stand to even look at them without wanting to puke or scream and such
