“a promise we’ll all surely break one day,” lis chuckled, she was already a bit boring as is so she gave it about five years before she was just as lame as the rest. “blending in does sound like something i would like, as does maybe letting loose for once… but don’t tell my siblings, i don’t want them thinking it’s a ‘new me’ or something of the like.” her nose wrinkled as he mentioned the taxi would be dirty, it wasn’t something she’d actively seek but perhaps it’d lend to the experience as a whole. “thank you, how are we going to get in? will i need identification? goodness you can tell i’ve never done this before.”
“come on now, that’s not the attitude to face coming into old age! don’t worry, i’ll be there to keep you young.” he promised. “your secret is safe with me. one night of letting loose is more than enough. just something to take the edge off,” he grinned, glad she was doing this. he knew more than a few high strung people and he thought everyone should have a chance to just party their troubles away at least once or twice. “they know me. and truly, if you have money, you can get in anywhere.”
