That the entirety of the problematic content appears in the screen captures

If the content is too long, and cannot be viewed/read in just one picture, please take cleanly separated screenshots and link them together when including it in the email (my advice would be to label the consecutive pictures like 1A, 1B)

Try your best to include all of the malicious posters’ username/nicknames, IP address, ID, the time and date that the comments were posted and any other relevant information in the screenshots or include it with the pictures clearly.

Bighit just announced on the fancafe that they are accepting evidences of people spreading malicious rumors against bangtan. Lookout for a post from Bangtan tumblr for translations and instructions. I’ll reblog info as well.

I cannot STRESS HOW IMPORTANT this is please approach this topic with utmost respect. You do not use this carelessly this is for bangtan and it means so much. The hate they get online is too much let’s work together so that it will stop, it needs to stop and it can be done with your help. This is a serious topic pls pls make sure you understand the goal and its importance.
