Don't give up, I was 20 once, I'm 25 now and so much has changed since then. Even if it just means surviving right now, keep at it, things can change for the better when you least expect it.

small reminders for harm reduction :

keep an eye on yourself. *make sure it's one that gets at least 3/4 hours of sleep a night*

drink some fucking water. shits good af

eat! watch your weight, it drops quickly and without notice. weigh yourself one every 3/4 days and jot down the date & your weight. if you're already a smol bby, fuckin' watch it

don't overexert yourself, spend some time resting. read something, research some dumb shit, watch some shit, play video games, etc

most importantly: listen to yourself when you are sober. if you are concerned about your wellbeing when you are sober or coming down, look into getting help. if you are concerned about addiction, reach out if you can.

• it’s not a swan dive into addiction, before and after photos they plaster everywhere

• you don’t have to smoke or shoot up to get results, eating it lasts longer

• how normal you feel for once in your life, look at how productive you are! people just don’t understand….right?

• it gets expensive. fast

• “you’ve lost weight! you look great!” never sounded better

• on that note, you’re spending less on food so is it really that expensive?

• the reasoning will always sound good to you

• “just to get through ____” is the biggest lie you’ll tell yourself

• the supply WILL dry up and nobody prepares you for that

• the shady things you’ll do to score are things you can never take back. and believe me, you won’t realize just how bad those things are until it’s too late

• withdrawals fucking suck

• you can stop after the withdrawals subside…
