Jin wasn’t usually one for day time walks, but he was sure as hell not going down to the boardwalk at night. That’s when the scary stuff in the sea would grow legs and run after him for sure. That being said, the boardwalk itself was scary enough with its groups of giggling teenagers, seagulls diving for food from unsuspecting people, and loose floor boards.
He hadn’t really planned on saying anything. He rarely did, especially to strangers on boardwalks. But the board she was standing next to had caused his soul to leave his body by shifting under his foot not thirty seconds ago. “Be careful,” he said, and pointed down towards the board just to her left. “That one moves.” He turned and pointed to one closer to the stairs leading back to the sidewalk. “There’s another one over there, but it felt more like a gentle warning instead of this vibe check from god.”
Juno looked down when the man pointed out the stairs that definitely creaked and moved under her step "Well, that's a good thing to know and probably in some way some sort of omen...." she admitted with a flick of her eyebrows. "Though I have yet to figure out what kind of omen it is...." she added after a moment, folding her arms as she looked back out to the sea, unsure where she was even heading.
