So much of my training right now is to be strong and capable for whatever happens now. Highly recommend everyone concerned about the state of things starts working on strength and stamina.
Train strength so you can help your comrades if they are hurt
Train cardio to be able to run for your life if you need to
Train bodyweight exercises and balance so you can manoeuvre yourself
Don't forget stretching and mobility to avoid injury. All that strength and stamina is useless if you can't move or run
If possible join a Leftist parkour group or start one so you can evade those chasing you
Train how to throw basic punches properly, easy take downs and kicks. Punching is easy but so is breaking your hand if you do it wrong.
Don't let the Right be the only ones prepared to fight and battle ready
