Do we typically try to avoid doing things ourselves that we would judge others for doing? Is there a term to describe doing things we would judge others for? Is that hypocritical? Or is hypocritical simply the holding of different standards or expectations for oneself other than another? Are those who judge others less, more free? What about those who judge others little but are anxious themselves? Can we experience anxiety without the fear of judgment from others, or are they intrinsically connected?
